I ordered a scarf online on November 29. After a week, I checked the status of my shipment, and it showed that it had been in Illinois for a week. I sent an email to Winterborn asking for status, and did not get a response initially. I persisted, and eventually got a response. They found out the package had been lost, and offered a refund. I indicated that they should do better than that. They then rushed another scarf to me express - I got it two days before Christmas. My girlfriend loves it! Very good quality.
