Went in to ask about insoles and was given a chance to test multiple products, as well as expert advice. Was very affordable too, cheaper than what you can typically find online! Highly recommend

I buy most of my shoes at William's. Today I had to change insoles in winter boots. Kim is more than helpful. Couldn't resist a pair of summer flats I got on sale as well. Old fashioned service and courtesy.
