I recently had a disturbing experience while checking out at Wilfred. Upon completing my purchase, I observed the cashier(143657), her customer id: 16385040, attempting to use my transaction for personal gain, which I believe to be fraudulent.
During the checkout process, she appeared friendly and efficient. However, as I paid for my items, I noticed she attempting to record details from my purchase for seemingly personal use. This behavior immediately raised concerns about the integrity of their actions.
It's deeply disappointing to encounter such unethical conduct, especially in a retail setting where trust and honesty should be paramount. This incident not only undermines the store's reputation but also raises serious ethical questions about the individual's intentions.
I urge the management of Wilfred to address this issue seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur. Customers should feel confident that their information and transactions are handled with the utmost integrity and respect.

The one star reviews must be all fake because my experience today at Wilfred was exceptional. Customer service was on point unlike other stores that give you the cold shoulder when you ask for assistance. Layla approached me without having to ask and was very personable. I came into the store looking to buy a blazer for an upcoming event. Layla picked out several different blazers for me to try on and gave me style advice and outfit recommendations. She definitely has an eye for style and I trust her opinion. I will be returning without a doubt because of the exceptional service I received today. Thank you so much Layla!

This company has gotten way over their head in prententious snobby sale prices are no where to be found they just tell you it's this much off lazily instead of putting the actual sale. Staff are never anywhere to be found and when they are look at you like your a poor peasant. $85 for basic sweatpants so over $150 for the hoodie too and boring plain colored clothes that lack good craftsmanship. The leggings aren't even good quality anymore pill so easily especially the butter TNA one's I would reccomend the outlets but even socks are $20 now.

Very poor customer service. Disrespectful manager and employee asking customers to do their job and doesn’t not assist properly. I even asked manger to provide me name of the rude employee and she mentioned that they have policy to not provide customers names of the employees because I wanted to provide customer service her feedback.Anyways I called customer service and filed a case # 4887361. Hopefully they’ll take a strict action against her. Felt very disappointed. Went there on Sunday afternoon today.

bought a coat online , price was reduced by only $50 ( cost of coat was in the $400 range ) tried the jacket at the store but was a bit tight, they didn’t have my size in stock so the sales clerk said I could order it online, jacket came but size was to big. went to the store at Square One to return it.. I was shocked to find out that because it was on sale for $50 less , that I could ONLY GET A STORE CREDIT… how is that possible, they can have such a lousy ( rip off ) return policy.. no wonder there is hardly anyone in the store .. BUYER BEWARE.. sales clerk did not disclose the return policy when they said I could order item online… they have a problem with the sizes, and should make accommodations if the size is not available in the store… VERY POOR ( DISGUSTING) RETURN POLICY… so be aware if they have an offer to” pay the tax event “ ( because it’s discounted) you will only get a store credit

My wife tried to return an item that had been damaged by its security tag; it had a giant hole where the tag had been. Because it was bought on sale, the employees refused to let her return it, even though they didn't have anything else to exchange it for. They were quite rude and unreasonable.I really don't get why people choose to work in customer service if they're just going to treat the customers poorly. Try being kind and helpful for a change!

Pretty lame, the associates acting bougie like it's a Fendi store. ? This felt like a caricature of the Prerty Women scene. Gorl I'm just returning $150 pants with loose threads that should've costed like $50 - I'm def not trying to finesse Shein quality clothes

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Bought a cropped jacket and pants for nearly $300 that I had planned to wear to a dinner like I expressed to them. I didn’t end up wearing it because my family didn’t like it so I went to return it. A middle aged pregnant lady did nottttt want to return my items that I bought on sale even though I had receipts and the unworn clothes. The pregnant lady made me feel as if I was lower than her, and couldn’t afford shopping in the store. At the desk, trying to return my items she says to her coworker, “this is the girl that made a mess in the store, I remember her trying on clothes for hours” as if that’s not what a retail store entails, however, I went elsewhere to return my things!! Will never shop there nor will anyone I know shop there! Go to Aritzia at Sherway, they’re the best :)

I am so disappointed to visit Wilfred Store in Square-one mississauga, So Bad attitude and Rude client advisor is in the store to insult customers.If you want to buy clothes and want your self to get insulted do visit this store. Thanks for so good customer services. ? i am sorry to write this , this is Not called Customer service this is called Insulting Customers service

Don’t try return items in here. It’s very bad experience you will meet.Purchase 13 days before? We have returned policy is refund in 10 days.I don’t know that I said and where is the policy displayed?Why you didn’t asked when you at cashier the associator answer!What?????So store credit or exchange only options.I got store credit and bad mood.I will never come back this store.Again don’t ever try return items in Wilfred Square One.

Let me start off that the girl who helped me was very nice and I really like the clothes here. HOWEVER, my size was not available in store for the piece I wanted in a certain color. I live in the USA and was staying only for the weekend. The sales associate was very pushy to try and send it to my home, but I made it clear I do not live in Canada. Then she tried to send it to my hotel, but we were leaving Sunday afternoon (this was on a Friday). I said if they could ship it to the store I'd be happy to come pick it up. She said "of course!" and rang me up. I even asked once more "It will be here on Sunday?" and she said "oh yeah!" As we were leaving, she ran out saying it would be better to ship to an address and I explained I was visiting from the USA. Obviously, it wasn't there Sunday (I called ahead) and they couldn't refund until the clothes arrived in store. I called today to refund and the girl was helpful but a little rude saying they don't work on commission (lol okay) and that I should had confirmed my email was correct when checking out, I don't think I even had the option.I ordered the plants online, which I knew I would pay a bit more getting them in the USA vs Canada but the whole shopping experience was super weird and they were so pushy.
