Every time I visit this gem of a hardware store I wind up having a nice chat with one of the guys working there, all the employees are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Every last one of these guys knows their shit, is willing to help, and is generous with their time. If Hank Hill were to visit this hardware store he'd start weeping tears of joy.

I've only been able to go once because of their hours, it was alright when I went. It would be nice if they are open for people that don't have a 9-5 job

Called to make sure they were still open and the woman who picked up confirmed they were open until 6 pm. Arrived at 5:10 pm and they had closed the store. Very disrespectful.

So much better service than a big box hardware store. The staff are always polite and extremely knowledgable and helpful. It's great having a hardware store like this in the neighbourhood.

I cannot believe the exceptional customer service here. I went in yesterday in distress due to the weather and flooding and needed a gas can as my husband ran out of gas. The rep on the floor helped right away even when I didn’t even ask for the item properly (sorry I don’t know what those cans are called). And the other rep at checkout showed me how to use it. The thing is I didn’t even ask. He was one step ahead to double check that I knew how to use it. This is true customer service - anticipating the needs of the customer. Thank you!!!!

Maybe the best hardware-store service in Toronto.Love this little store and its staff.Always helpful and ready to help you find whatever you need - and for such a small store, it has a lot of things you might not expect to find there (we found a great pepper mill/grinder) there are Lightbulbs, hardware, keys, duct tape, nails, fixtures, tools and tool belts, gloves… ?The prices may be a bit higher than some other [unnamed bargain] stores, but the friendly helpful service makes up for that - especially if you need some assistance or advice.Highly Recommend if you want a good old fashioned hardware store.
