116 Ryding Ave, Toronto“My husband and I were circling around the basement floor of St Lawrence Market in Toronto. We stopped by at Chocosol because I saw the word "stone ground". It reminded me of a different chocolate store I love in Massachusetts, who also adopted the same technique.
The lady explained much about the chocolates, offering me free samples. Of course, she offered the best seller first: Vanilla Sea Salt 65%. The taste was smooth, it has very good quality.
But the most amazing part is the fact that she was not the owner! Robin worked since 2006 when the company started. She has good knowledge about the products, the history, and the vision.
When an employee is as passionate as the owner, it means that the company is good. I genuinely believe Chocosol is a superstar. No doubt about the taste, no doubt about the service, no doubt about all the good work they do for the community.”
“What a pleasure of a store. This is the kind of shop that I wish we had in London. Fabulous selection, exceptional pricing. Wish I had 3 suitcases I could fill before returning home”

42 Overlea Blvd, Toronto“East York Costco is always very busy.
Aisles should be numbered and also the Parking area. Hard to find the car. Numbering the parking lot will help us to find the car easily.”

426 Spadina Ave., Toronto“These are the only t shirts I've woren since 2006. Mad respect to the person or people who make them. Use to get them from the Flea Market in Pickering now there is a spot in Whitby Mall that sells them. No other t-shirt feels the same when I try to wear it. Quality is perfect.
Update. Quality changed. Completely different material or someone is ripping off the company by putting their logo on cheap shirts. They dont feel the same at all.”
“Have been going to this location for
over 15 years. It has a great selection of products and prices are reasonable. The workers are provide excellent customer service. It does get very busy on weekends though.”
“Pro- large store with many of Asian items available- helpful staff- reasonable price and also returns and price match is fast
Cons- always crowdy there - parking is also mostly full - cash counters always having long queue- they need to increase more cashier counter or do something to deal with this.”
“I buy my business’ bags here. Absolute best quality and price you’ll find anywhere. I always pick up to avoid shipping charges. As a small business, you can’t beat $0.11 per bag!”
“I was talking a lady name Cindy some advice on a preloved hand bag. She was very nice and patient with me. I was very happy with her service and I would recommend going back related to hand bags and designer goods!”

100 Billy Bishop Way, Toronto“I love Costco. Long after REI decided to stop standing behind their products, Costco still does. They're one of the few retailers that has lifetime returns for non-electronics. It's saved my bacon on a few things over the years that you expect to have a long life but sometimes don't. Example: I bought a e-mower and trimmer (~$750) in Spring of 2022. In Summer of 2023, the dual battery stopped auto-switching. Were it any other retailer, I'd have to deal with the inconvenience of swapping batteries manually, or the hassle of shipping it for repair (4 year warranty). Costco lets me return it. I may wait for summer, when they carry replacements.I also love how they stand behind certain principles (refusal to raise the price on rotisserie or hot dog and drink). I don't even buy these items, but for a profit-driven corporation, it's a rare breath of fresh air.I wish they had a better mobile/web experience, but that's part of their strategy to increase foot traffic. I disagree with it but not enough to stop going. After 12 years of membership, I still learn of new services they offer. For example, in the past month I've learned they have free self service automatic tire air (and it's Nitrogen!). The inflators aren't perfect, but the service people nearby will help if the machines fail. They also offer discounted travel insurance. Also, I love their pizza compared to any frozen or most delivery places. $10 lasts for 4-5 meals.”
“Amazing customer service! I went in for the first time not realizing I needed to pre-order but they were very friendly and helped me out with my order. I haven't cooked the meat yet but it all looks great quality and the prices are good as well.
I will definitely make an order here in the future.”
