Seemed like a decent building with the standard WeWork setup. It was clean and well-kept.

Very rude staff even when you are being nice. Literally passive aggressive with everyone. Literally the only negative interaction in a day is with the staff at this wework; makes working from home 10x better.
Dare you ask to turn on the cold brew or kambusha for example or ask for any help.
Also no idea why it is so hard to share pleasantries. I legit get more friendliness from TTC workers…

I can only speak to what my experience has been in the space, which was negative.
Biggest problems: noise pollution (there's no drywall anywhere, no carpets or upholstery to absorb noise--people walking on floors above you will sound loud, as will people wheeling office chairs around), lack of community (I'm hard pressed to think of less friendly tenants and building staff), lack of common areas without hot deskers, unfriendly management (instead of talking to my team about noise levels as human beings, building wide announcements were sent informing us people were trying to work in kitchen areas when we would have lunch together). Finding meeting space was always a problem and they took away a meeting room when there was already a shortage to randomly use for "storage space". The only competent front desk people always moved to other WeWork locations. The expense compared to other co-working spaces (Industrious, Workhaus) was ridiculous on a square footage basis. No one attended any events they held either. Coffee was also substandard both drip and machine made, and I'm by no means a coffee snob. They have no idea how to divide the space so that it makes sense for floating members and office members. Expect to be nickel and dimed for meeting room credits too. Unlike other co-working locations their tool doesn't tell you when you're over your limit and will charge you unbeknownst to you, per 30 minutes. For 4 of us, we got less than 10 hours a month total.
The good: The location is very close to Osgoode Station so it's convenient if you're taking the TTC. It's also dog friendly and pretty much all of the dog owners I met in the space are friendly.
Before you commit, make sure you ask for a test day or week (that should be extended free of charge before you commit to anything).
Other co-working companies that have taken over their other leases around the city are much better run, so do your research. I highly recommend Industrious or Workhaus.

Pro: Beautiful/Clean/Open and Comfy Space
Cons:
- Sales teams were quite aggressive and clearly only care about their own commissions rather than actually providing great customer cares. Different Sales reps were competing each other very aggressive to get your contract signed.
- Poor after care:
They have accidentally charged us another membership ($300)
When i called, two staff told me completely different answers. They had no idea about my account... Clearly internal communication needs to be improved.
Quite disappointed with such poor customer care. honestly they treated us so nicely until we signed the contracts and after that byeeeeeee

I’m so glad we decided to rent a private office at this WeWork location. It’s a super cool building, great office spaces, plenty of meeting rooms and phone booths and delicious flavored sparkling water on the ground floor. Location is great and near lots of delicious lunch options. Shout out to JP and Victoria - they’re such a welcoming and helpful team, they create such a good vibe for the office.

Great location. Staff could not be more helpful. Kathy and JP are always there to help...Really appreciate all they do for us. We’ve now been with WeWork for close to 5 years. Highly recommend this co-working space.

Zahra and Justin were fantastic. Am visiting for the week and I came in for the day. They were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable and even gave me suggestions of things to do while I'm here. Definitely will be back. Great place to work.

Everything is fine other than the music that constantly plays in the background. Too loud and distracting when trying to focus on work.

If you are looking for a new and refreshing place to work from home check out WeWork. I have tried a few locations across downtown and have enjoyed the ambience, fresh coffee and kambutcha, and the energetic attitude of the community team. For my meetings, I escaped to a "telephone booth" for some privacy. The TB's are what you would picture, a sliding door, a bit cramped quarters but at the same time enough room to setup my laptop, plug it in, and Zoom away at a meeting. If you want a bit more space to stretch out, larger meeting rooms are available.

I rented office space for 1+ years. It’s a cool atmosphere and there are a lot of great neighbour offices, but I spotted rats running around on the hallways so many times. They sometimes chewed on my laptop cable which is super gross. I think you can find a better and clean shared office with a much cheaper price.

An amazing place to sit and write, brainstorm, or read. Beautifully curated space full of extremely talented people plugging away at their work. With an endless supply of coffee and beer you'll never run out of fuel. Every staff member I've had a run in with has been courteous and friendly. If you can't tell, I simply can't say enough positive things about this place, absolutely love it.

This was a beautiful establishment. My understanding was that business people may come here to use the space. There was a concierge when you entered the building.
