Terrible service, terrible experience. Have an appointment with a FA to open a new credit card, that FA provided extremely terrible and impolite service. She never answered my inquiries about the credit card, lack of knowledge, and when we ask where can we check our credit score, she was impatient and said nothing.

So slow. Been serving same 4 people for 20 minutes... Would be better if they picked up the speed or filled the empty counters.
