Absolutely fantastic service by We Move GTA! They helped me to move to a new condo. The team is extremely professional - very organised, efficient and great communicators. They walked me through the process during the booking and advised on the best scenario for my move. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Worst service ever, im not gonna recommend them to anyone even if they are the last option for the moving. Very unprofessional guys and very rude staff over all that at the end they gonna add some random charges . In short very bad service

NO MASKS! COVID PROTOCOLS NOT FOLLOWED EVEN AFTER I EXPLICITLY ASKED IN AN EMAIL IF PROTOCOLS WERE BEING FOLLOWED... One of the 3 movers refused to wear a mask and he went home. The other two needed to be constantly reminded to wear a mask. I cannot comprehend that a moving company would be so lax about Covid protocols when moving peoples furniture.Besides the fact that they didn’t follow Covid protocols, they were extremely slow. We had to put furniture into the hallway of the condo to speed them up, otherwise they wouldn’t have finished for at least a few more hours. When we got to the new house, they continued their slow pace. I understand that moving doesn’t happen at lightning speed, but this was comically slow.Never in my life have I ever had such a negative experience. The only resolution offered was a reduction in the hourly rate to compensate for the fact that one of the movers wasn’t present due to the fact that he wouldn’t wear a mask.AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I can't say enough about how great We Move GTA was during my move last weekend!They were incredibly efficient, clearly well practiced, and handled pretty much everything - even though I made some scheduling mistakes, they made sure it all worked out.They are not the first moving company I've used, but they are - by far - the best, and will 100% get my business in the future. Their service was absolutely wonderful, I'd say they are a good moving company if you're uncomfortable with driving a truck over long distances, because I am uncomfortable with doing that, and they alleviated that problem by driving the truck themselves. Thank you for your service and I definitely use it again. ???
