I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart location two weeks ago. Both the Customer Service Manager and the Front End Assistant Manager were extremely rude, and I was shocked by a racially insensitive comment made by both managers. This is unacceptable, and I wish there was an option to give zero stars. Walmart should prioritize training their staff on customer service and ensure they understand their own policies. It’s clear why they might be losing customers.

Paid over $100 for groceries, which one was a gift for my daughter's birthday, and only received 2 salads, string cheese and a case of pop.
Asked the driver if those were the only items and he said yes.
The salads also had expiration date of October 29/24.
Complained and still haven't heard from them.
Walmart has seen the last of me.
They are nothing but scammers, and customer service are rude.
They should be called out in the media

I placed an ordered yesterday, supposed to be delivered today between 10-11 am, never received it, I called customer service, they had no idea about what happened, they even asked me to wait until the end of the day! OMG, there are items that need to be refrigerated, how is it possible that you ask that? Terrible, it’s 2024! At least call your customers to inform about the order when it’s crazy delayed. Terrible experience!

The employees are friendly and very hard working. I go every day and observe Louisa and Kevin working their butts off and helping people. They should get an award. Thank you Walmart and a special thank you to LOUISA and KEVIN!!!

Me and my friends went in just to look around as we were bored and had nothing to do and as one of my friends has cancer she just came out of the hospital that morning and was incredibly tired so she took a mobility scooter and once she put her bag in the cart part we noticed 2 people began following us. The people were both Indian, one male one female. The male was wearing a grey shirt and the woman was wearing a black one. Obviously we noticed they were following us so we just began talking a little louder about how we knew they were following us. We got hungry so we went to McDonald’s and we were there for about a minute before those two individuals came up to us with security demanding to check my friends bag. At this point my friend is crying as she has to take out all her cancer equipment and when the security sees this he apologizes and walked away, as for the other 2 they stood there and kept accusing us of stealing. They also proceeded to laugh when my friend told them she had cancer. My friends sister mimicked them laughing and was told to shut up by the male. After they realized we had nothing they walked away not apologizing, everybody in the McDonald’s
Kept screaming at them to apologize and then me and my friends left and on our way out they still tried calling security on us.

Great Walmart location. Decent selection and items in stock. Staff are really well trained, friendly and knowledgeable. When you ask where something is, they know where it is and will often walk you to the item. Underground parking in the winter is nice too.

I am so disappointed about fruit’s quality in this location. I bought in this afternoon and I cut it night time and can’t eat this watermelon. I have to throw away and waste my money for that??

Yesterday I was at this location and I was a little lost while looking for an item, one gentleman there by the name of Richard that I believe is from the Phillipines or asian saw me wondering around and asked me kindly if I needed help, I was really impressed because he was busy working in one if the shelves but at the same time he acknowledged me and with a smile offer me help as soon as I said what I needed he guided me to the right place so he is also very efficient. They should have more people like him.
