The staff is polite. But the system sucks. It updates the order to picked-up as soon as we check in, even before they bring the goods out. Once they brought out my order to the wrong customer and marked my order as picked up. Eventhough the order was rejected by the other person, the system is not updated. When I went to pick it up, they kept saying that it was picked up. Calling customer service was no help. Ended up going inside the store and had my order cancelled and refunded.

Yes I know it's Walmart, and the association that comes with this chain, but even considering that this store is dire. From surely, unhelpful staff, to dirty shelves through to many items not in stock this place surely has to be a last resort, and only if you're in the immediate vicinity. It's not worth coming to otherwise.

The self checkout, takes it up to a 2 star. Some of the most unhelpful staff, nobody knows or seemingly cares.. Walmart has replaced so many stores.. customer service appears an issue in US and CANADA.

There's a Guinness lady cashier, refuse to take cash because she assumed she doesn't have the change. The way she talk is rude and after the payment went though, the machine opened and THERE ARE CHANGES!!!!! Save your time, if you got the same issue in the future, just ask for a supervisor or just do self-check out.
