Ordered a gift of two bottles of wine for a dear friends birthday. Unfortunately my friend was at an appt when it was delivered the driver left it with a a close neighbour and texted me a photo and name of the person he left it with. Also recieved a lovely message from Alex in customer service as well. Customer service was excellent and with care my first time experience is quite positive. I highly recommend Vyno to you all. Enjoy the day.

Prices are well more expensive than LCBO. For example, 2020 Caymus red wine is $145 on Vyno and $109 at LCBO. Seems like all bottles of wine are well more expensive than LCBO. Not competitive.

Price: Almost the same as the price in LCBO after tax. (not cheapter)Delivery: $30, and no phone call or message before delivery; they just walk to your door and ask for your signature. Then what if I am not home? Delivery takes three business days.Overall, not better than purchasing at LCBO, not suggest!

I ordered a bottle of wine for my brother. I live in the Netherlands and my brother was in Toronto. It was easy for me ordering with Vyno and I liked that I could add a giftbox and a message. All was perfectly delivered the next day on his birthday and I could see this because of the track trace information. Perfect service.
