It is a really good gym, it has good equipment such as straps and belts and good machines, and i loved that it is 24/7 so you can go whenever you want.

Very bad experience. Non-professional staff who did not explain correctly the fee cancellation terms. Interested only in money and not in the needs of the members. I tried to ask the support of Vive member team: from bad to worse. Incompetent and lacking empathy. Worst experience in Canada by far

It's a hole in the wall gym, that's got all your basics covered. 24 hour access is very convenient and it's located right next to bathurst station. Plus it's almost never crowded!Downside, badly maintained, has been under construction for 4 months. The washrooms are right next to some workout machines. And no dedicated changing or.locker rooms.

It is my favourite gym in downtown Toronto. I like that is open open 24/7.The atmosphere is super friendly. The staff is very friendly. Great selection of good quality equipment and they always do some upgrades.Currently the washroom and the showers just got renovated.Thank you Vive !

I have been a member for 6 months and I just love this gym.The Managment is amazing and super friendly.Variety of hight quality equipment.The just renovated washrooms and the new floor in a class studio look great!

Vive fitness bathurst is incredibly dirty and falling apart. The ceiling on the top floor is currently streaming with water onto the machines, the front security alarm has been going off for an hour. The recent bathroom renovation is an absolute mess, water from the faucets barely run and splash water everywhere to the point that the bathrooms appear flooded just from hand washing. Machines are falling apart with literal pieces of them coming off and the staff do nothing to fix these issues when notified.

Unnecessarily expensive and when i sent an email to cancel, they deliberately responded 2 days later until the money was withdrawn from my bank account. And when i sent an email asking for a refund they said it would take 5 business days which never happened. Total ripoff. Don't recommend.

The gym is amazing!Well equipped, staff is very friendly and helpful. They always make sure everything is working or it gets fixed very quickly.Currently I noticed that the new floor in class studio is being installed and the washrooms upstairs are getting full make over.On top of it it is open 24/7Highly recommend!!

Great gym, never so busy that it interrupted my workout, people there are extremely respectful, and staff was beyond accommodating when I canceled my membership to move cities. Loved it!

Good gym, nice and compact but never crowded. Trainer Roman was very knowledgeable and helped me to be a lot more confident and motivated at the gym!

The gym itself is pretty decent. Comparable to the nearby Hone fitness, although since Vive added the lower floor it’s more spacious. Pretty clean throughout although the amenities could use an upgrade.The low rating is for the management overcharging me (I got double charged for several months) and not caring to refund me.I was given the runaround several times over by the gym manager, his name is Dong, and constantly told me he would have someone from the “support team” reach out and fix things. That obviously never happened and it’s fairly evident that he is the one behind everything.It’s disappointing when a local business treats their community poorly as in this case. It’s a bad look and instead of recommending Vive I’m putting this notice out to be cautious about them.As a new member at Vive, to be receiving this kind of disrespect as my first experience with them is a shame.I’ve been a member at Hone on and off for a few years and have never once had an issue. Everything is simple and above board. Never any mistreatment.If you are considering signing up with either gym, you can take this review into consideration.

Probably my favorite Vive gym out of all the other ones I've visited. Always clean and lots of space. Good variety of equipment. Id maybe consider getting few more stretch bands (always seem to get lost) and/or a wooden stretch pole

Nice gym, has two levels and the change rooms are all personal which is nice for privacy, they also have showers in them. No free soap or shampoo so gotta bring your own and towels. Has 5 power racks between up and downstairs as well as some turf area on main floor and more machines upstairs. Also has 2 punching bags in the studio area on the second floor

Big fan of this gym! Has everything you need and isn't super crowded or loud.Would have given 5 stars but the floor of the Zumba room upstairs is often full of hair and dust bunnies which makes floor workouts very unpleasant. I sent an email about this forever ago but never received a reply nor did the cleanliness change which is unfortunate.

I've been training with Roman for two years. The dude is awesome! When I met him, I needed help reaching my fitness goals to apply to school for my dream job. Two years later, I've been accepted to school and I feel confident in my ability to keep up with the job requirements of being a firefighter. I have a lot of respect for this guy
