“TLDR: Immaculate customer service and patient support, if you’re not getting prescriptions filled here, you should be.
I called in to get information on how to treat a migraine. The pharmacist talked me through all the treatment options and provided recommendations for me. He then checked in on me that evening to see if the treatment worked even though I wasn’t a customer!
Having since transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy (which was completed with 1 easy, no hassle text message with my information) the service continues to be just as phenomenal. Same day prescriptions filled out and delivered to my building. No fuss. Easy online payments.
I didn’t realize this was the type of experience a pharmacy could provide. Would recommend 11/10.”

He is so educated, real & respectful. I was able to get everything I needed with his recommendations. He not only expressed what would be best, but he took the time to explain the ingredients in each product and the benefits that follow along. Not only this, he even went ahead to speak about our lifestyle choices and how they fit in with the supplements & our goals. We will definitely be coming back to this location to re-up on our products. He’s the best!”

“My name Tony Spatafora and I am painter.I been to this Health food Store a few times and I can not believe the great customer service that is given at this store. I used to work in retail and I was one of the best salesman in the store. This store reminds of a time, when people really cared about the customer and not the almighty dollar. The staff are the most friendly peoplethat I have ever met. Their advice is rock solid and they even use the products and know that they really work ! I have spend lot of money to test products myself. I have found that their advice is good. I live downtown and I am going out my way to go this store. I had a few small issues and the staff gave me the excellent advice. I am now recommending this to my girlfriend and all of her friends and my friends too. There is a saying people go shopping go to the store that offers the best service. All the other health food stores are good, but at this store all the staff go out of their way to find the best product and it really works. The staff are honest people too. I have a lot of experience and travel a lot. I have run a company. The owner is a very lucky man because he has excellent workers who really care about the customer and his store. May I suggest that if you go to a health food store, try this one out first. You will be surprised at the level of customer service, it is excellent and the most friendly staff anywhere. I am going to make an effort to come there more often. I suggest that you try the store out , and, you will be back again and again. I would like to thank the owner and the staff for a good job. “Have been looking for the 3.8L size Dr. Bronner's soap for months. This location had multiple available, including other sizes. The staff were very friendly. The price for this soap was cheaper than most other stores (amazon, superstore) but not as cheap as Winners (but it's been out of stock for months in the 946mL option)I'll return here in the future to support a small business.”
“i use coming here often as a way to ensure i get 10k steps in, always buying a snack and a beverage. if it weren’t for the AMAZING staff, i’d have no attachment, and probably walk to natures emporium instead (shout out to AJ, Mo, and every one else who’s names i don’t yet know, but who’s warm welcomes and interactions always make my days so much better…)
The manager has slayed his duties by hiring such sweethearts. I switched here after the spot across the street because they take visa / MasterCard and debit and cash. Across the street is only debit. It's a much nicer experience with easier to navigate shopping.”
