Vistek is great. Not only was Alex very helpful but he gave us a history lesson on the building. It was a Dominion brewing company in the 1800’s and horses were kept where the parking lot is now. So cool. This Vistech is in excellent experience thank you so much!

I can’t believe I’m writing this review, but my experience shopping with Vistek has been horrible. I had started to enjoy shopping there after purchasing a few items, but that all changed when I encountered their customer service. Vistek has a reputation for poor service, and now I’ve experienced it firsthand.
I ordered a light that was on backorder for three months. Despite providing an updated address, they shipped it to the wrong location. Now, just weeks before my film shoot, I’m left without the light I need and no refund for the money I paid.
Here’s my advice: you’re fine shopping with Vistek—until you encounter an issue with a product. Take it from me: go with Henry’s instead. They might take a bit longer to fulfill orders, but their customer service is exceptional, and they truly value their customers. I don’t blame the employees for the mistake—it’s human error—but the unwillingness to support their customers is truly disappointing.
