Called this location to see it they had an item available before coming into the store.First call: phone taken off hook and placed down so I can hear sales associates conversation but no one spoke on the line.Second call: phone rung continuously with no answer.Third call: line disconnected.I ordered the item online. I do not have time for games. The customer service here from my previous experiences is abysmal.

Just got two Versace odissea metallic (purple and grey) sneakers. We absolutely love these. Thankful to Doris at Yorkdale Versace for being so patient, friendly and helpful. Totally recommend her for an excellent shopping experience at this store.

On 20-11-23 went to store. Want to buy a newly launched loafers. And the lady told me they only have 3 sizes which are 11,12,13. And i told her i just want to check my size so i can buy it online. Then she bring the size 7 which is shotter from my size 8. I just felt she doesn’t want to sell them to me. And the behaviour was also not so welcoming.

Just shopped at the Versace in Yorkdale today and I had an amazing experience. Nazanin did an amazing job with helping me out. She showed me a ton of options and really made my shopping experience 10x better. I'll definitely be back!

Days ago I’ve been at Versace Yorkdaleand I had the best experience shopping at there.There was a guy called Phill that helped me so much and he made my experience so extraordinary by paying attention to my taste!!!I really recommend you to go and shop there and don’t forget to ask Phill to help you!

Went to this Versace location yesterday with my friend to check some totes we've seen online. Roy, the sales representative that helped us out was extremely polite and professional. We both ended up buying each the Medusa Canvas Tote Bag. I had a great shopping experience and will definitely go back and shop at this specific location.

I went to the Versace Yorkdale location expecting to have amazing service, unfortunately that wasn’t the case. An employee ripped a price sticker off a pair of swim shorts that originally said $400 and my purchase came out to $490. It seemed a little high even including tax. It turns out she ended up charging me $460. Although it may be a small price difference, the fact that it was done was very disrespectful to me. I’ve been a loyal client to Versace for many years and have never been treated like that.

I love the Versace Yorkdale location! Phil was great in helping me find a gift for my husband and showed me a beautiful handbag and shoes from the Fendace Collection that I had to purchase. Phil is my go to person for Versace!
