This was my 8th or 9th uhaul move and Noman made this experience so easy peasy! My anxiety is always an issue, but his gentle manner was calming and reassuring that all is well with the rental. What a friendly chap!The sunny young man with the nosepiercing was absolutely awesome to deal with also.Thank you for making this move so SEAMLESS for me.

Been using this facility since it opened at this location. Always clean and well maintained. The staff are also very helpful - when I had to move to a bigger unit, Noman made the process painless.

Noman, this guy was so helpful!!!! So very kind!! I will definitely be coming back just on the customer service alone. Aside from that the space is clean as well. We were using the Lauft space and noman was so kind and helpful showing us the space, even though he technically doesn’t work for Lauft. Give him a raise!!!

I recently rented storage unit with Vaultra at first when I called Vaultra Rushi answered the phone with a friendly tone of voice. The following day I went for booking and what amazing staff do they have Munira who assisted me was very nice person. She gave me a tour of the place and explain everything and after the tour I signed up immediately with out hesitation. I would recommend Vaultra to anyone who’s looking for storage. The staff are excellent and well trained. Special mention to “Munira” thank you so much for your help.

I had a great experience with Vaultra Storage since 2022. This place is very clean, well lit, and secure!! Not to mention their excellent customer support; Nomar was very helpful with my inquiries.Will definitely come back again when I need storage space in the future.

I'm just giving 4 stars for Rushi’s work in solving, temporarily, a problem that belongs to this company policy. Rushi understood my frustration regarding Vaultra’s policy in the sudden increase of their “monthly”/4-week fees without notice to the customer. Although Rishi acted in the client's best interest at that time, my resentment persists at how this company increases storage rates without any notice and after being a client for only 8 months.
