Ok let me start by saying I never thought I would ever buy anything from Valentino, but once meeting Nina the special associate, she was amazing on the fact that she educated me about what will suit my style. So I ended up getting my shoes and bag from her. Thank you Nina.

We bought a bag and used it a few times, and scratches already formed very easily. They did not allow us to repair it. I do not recommend purchasing from this store

The sale person name is Jazmine, she tall black girl with glasses Jan 2, 2022 around 5pm. I had a really bad interaction with this sale person. She's rude, bad attitude and doesn't know how to sell.

I brought a nice pair of heels from this store it was lovely experience here jasmine was really nice with us and she was so polite as well only thing i didn't like here there was no birthday discount or any complementary gift they should have something like that as well overall good experince

I came from Edmonton just get some stuff from valentino. I bought a hoodie and i wasn't too happy with the size i decided to get it exchanged with another one and they didn't had any other options. I asked for the refund and one sales representative was so rude her behavior was not acceptable at all. It was my first time visiting this store. I was really excited but it was such a disappointment as the lady just ruined my day. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. Do better!!!
