Do not go here! We spent a good amount of time to get there because they were open later than the other stores just to be told he can’t even talk to us because his mind was somewhere else!

As a meeting facilitator, I've always depended on TPH to prepare posters and handouts for my workshops. The Bloor St. location consistently goes above and beyond to help me. Yesterday they were able to print large format posters - overnight! The communication is excellent and trustworthiness to get the job done right every time. I highly recommend them for all print jobs - large and small.

I have been a loyal customer of this printing place for the past five years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Whether it’s last-minute exam materials or large orders, they’ve always delivered with exceptional speed and accuracy. The staff is incredibly helpful, clear in their communication, and always ready to correct any issues that might arise—though, in my experience, that’s a rare occurrence. The team at TPH Bloor E are fantastic! Incredible customer service and amazing quality of work. They were so patient with me as I tried to figure what I actually was wanting. The team was considerate, communicative, and gave me options to help fit into my budget. I just picked up my gorgeous new branded notebooks and I am blown away by the quality. Was rushing for some deadlines and decided to get some stickers printed. I picked it up and much to my surprise they are not cut. I showed them the request they responded that I sent which in the "shape" category clearly specified that I needed them cut to shape.
I was then essentially told by the guy at the desk that it's my fault since I should have caught their mistake when I was confirming the estimate.
I asked where on the confirmation form was the category to specify it to be cut that certain way and the guy just said that "well if it was supposed to be specially cut it would have said so on the form"
So I'm expected to catch something that they missed and omitted??
I could understand it if there was a category that said "Shape: None" or something and I mistakenly confirmed that. But how am I supposed to catch something that isn't there??
2 stars and not 1 because to be fair in the email when they inquired about my deadlines they also mentioned leaving me a voicemail. Unfortunately I was very busy and dealing with multiple things so I glossed over the voicemail part and never took the time to listen to it, and just responded to the question about deadlines. Maybe if I took the extra time to confirm with them over the phone this would have been avoided; I do admit I could have been more thorough and careful with the process myself.
However it is disappointing to be told that something they missed is pretty much my fault because I didn't catch it. I don't know how I'm going to manually cut a hundred stickers in time
