I walked into the store to look around and to see what’s new and I find the sales associates are judging you for whatever reason and constantly watching you that it made me feel uncomfortable….. I walked out without purchasing and won’t go back to that location! I’ll take my business to the outlet mall!

The associates here don't smile. The general manager is very rude. The way she looked and spoke to us was pretty discriminatory. Another store manager, Jie, I think, also reeked of an elitist attitude. Overall, a highly unpleasant experience.

I was turned off when my boyfriend and I walked into the store and I noticed the associate looked at my bag that I was wearing. As if to see if we could afford to shop there, the bag I was wearing cost more than any bag they sell. I didn't like that and told them that we would be back, we decided to purchase the bag I wanted online instead.

Unfortunately, very poor experience. I had called in for a specific item. I was told it was in stock by the sales rep I spoke with. He told me he put it on hold. Unfortunately, I drove over an hour to the store to find out he held the wrong one. The only reason this has 2 stars is because the sales reps who were there once I arrived, were very apologetic about the situation. Regardless, a waste of a long trip... not sure who that rep was, but he caused a pretty big inconvenience.

Worst experience from what would be higher end on retail.Bought a pair of sandals for a Mother’s Day gift for my wife as we celebrated her very first mother’s day. Not more than a month later there is a strip/damage to the front with only maybe a handful of wears. Reached out multiple times before someone finally responded with a call saying that based on the damage they would not be able to replace it even though it was hardly worn or has only been a month. Granted this response came after multiple emails and no response; by this I’m understandably frustrated as in my mind I was getting a great gift for a great occasion to only realize it’s faulty quality wrapped with bad customer service. After I finally heard from some one about them not doing anything to help I was told they can find out the cost to repair it and get back to me. It’s now almost 3 weeks later and I’ve reached out again with no reply. So now I’ve wasted almost $400 on sandals that are just broken

Big disappointment, horrible experience at the Sherway store. I went in to buy a small bag. One of the employees closed cord at the entrance of the door. Very unprofessional, it gave me an uncomfortable feeling. They should be embarrassed by their behaviour. Maybe they should invest into a security guard but why….they are not even luxury brand like Gucci or YSL. My friends and I will stick to buying from the Square One store. I left this store, I went to Saks and bought the bag there, quality service at Saks. Buy there ladies!

Not a fan of this location. I came in to purchase a wallet and was not greeted by any of the sales associates which put a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up buying a wallet but will not be coming back to shop at this location again. I hope cooperate sees this and talks to their employees about their customer service as it is terrible. For the amount that you are spending on their products their customer service should be top notch and it’s far from that.

Dont buy bag from this location. I bought there best selling piece and used it two times only. Colour of the leather faded away and store general manager blamed me for that. They did not help and there policy is not useful. Don’t waste your money because the manager herself is not helpful.

I visited Sherway Gardens specifically for Tory Burch and met a great salesperson - Leah. Thanks to her I was able to purchase the bag I have always wanted and she was very kind and such a great help. I had a great experience here.

Im not going even talk about the product and quality due to the fact that would be very relative to your personal taste. BUT i had small misunderstandings between branches of tory burch Ms Elaine not only solve the issue and apologize many times but also made sure we leave that store with 100% satisfaction. I appreciate the gesture and impressive customer care even though the fault was not theirs to take.

I love Tory Burch items but honestly I have mixed feelings about this store, they can do better customer service wise. They always seem not to know much about their brand and they are not so friendly and welcoming. Whenever I walk in with that excitement of finding something cool and having a fun shopping I ended walking away barehanded because of the energy I get in the store and they’ll kinda follow you around like you’re going to steal (makes me feel very uncomfortable and prefer to leave). The worst is when you give them a phone call, most of the times the person sounds very careless for a designer store. Guess I’ll stick to my other fave brands/stores for now.
