This pharmacy is filled with people who work hard and have genuine concern for others. Today, Claire H., Sheila, and Shreeja went above and beyond their duties to help me get a badly needed medication for my father. I was in panic mode because I didn't even have a prescription at hand when I went to them, but they gave me instructions on what to do and guided me all the way, from obtaining the prescription up to getting the medication at such a short notice. They were very patient, accommodating and very much willing to help. This was not the first time that I experienced the exceptional service from this pharmacy and each time I go to them they have consistently shown how kind and dedicated they are. I want to thank each and every staff even the ones that were not there today. All of you have been so wonderful! You are all amazing! Please continue doing what you do. The help that you extend to people goes a long way. Keep up the good work!?

Be careful about dispensing fees here! Service was great but they charge a flat rate $12.99 dispensing fee that they did not disclose. One drug was $21 with the 50% dispensing fee and the other was $5.20 with a 150% dispensing fee! Unreal...

The team at Toronto Wellness Pharmacy are exceptional. Kind, compassionate and good in what they do. It’s the extra touches that I most appreciate - providing an opaque paper bag so you don’t broadcast your fertility drugs to the world, taking the time to explain and re-explain how to administer everything, staying open later if necessary…I can’t thank them enough for being one of the few pleasant parts of this journey.

Pharmacists Shreeja/evalena & Farah were exceptional with their friendly service & professionalism. They were all very informative & polite in regards to my questions & procedures involved. I really appreciated their prompt response time & answers to my questions. Thank you ladies! Great job ?

My experience at this pharmacy has been second to none. The staff are considerate, compassionate, knowledgable and actually spend time with patients. They clearly do their best serving waves of patients who all need/want to be somewhere else. Incredibly professional and would recommend. (they've dealt with some extremely difficult people more professionally than I ever could)

Absolutely worst customer service I have received from this pharmacy. They have the longest wait time and their prices are ridiculously high. I have asked COSTCO PHARMACY for the price of the same medication and figured they have charged almost more than $100 extra which I could have saved.PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHECK THE PRICE AROUND!!! Fertility medication and the whole process can be very expensive. CHOOSE YOUR PHARMACY WISELY!!

Be prepared to wait for your medication but they have the friendliest staff who patiently explain how medication is to be used in a clear manner.
