Kim is so amazing I’ve been going to top nails for four years and they never disappoint. Even though they temporarily moved to a new location it’s only three mins further and it’s worth the travel. Thanks Kim see you in two weeks

The worst customer service! I asked for a nail polish change, and while they were removing it, it felt like they were burning my nails with their tools. I told the girl it hurt, and she literally got up and helped someone else. Another person came over and started filing my nails in the roughest way possible; I thought she was going to break them. They speak Chinese among themselves and obviously make fun of you. A horrible place, both inside and out. If you have the chance to go there, DON’T GO!
They kept me waiting for 15 minutes between each nail because they had many customers to attend to, and they came intermittently to do my nails only to leave me waiting for another 20 minutes! The worst place for any service.

Best nail lady in the GTA ASK FOR JESSY did full set and lasted almost 5 weeks then needs a fill ! No breaking or chipping will always go here from this point moving forward!!!

I have been going to Top Nails salon for just over 20 years and I am very happy with the services and extra care I receive every time I walk in.
The staff and management are always trying to accommodate everyone who walks in the salon. They provide excellent services with that personal touch. They take the time to get to know each and every client that walks into their salon!
My regular services are shellac manicures and pedicures and my nails come out absolutely perfect and flawless!
The polish lasts long and I’m always receiving compliments on my nails!
I get extra massages that are great and relaxing for very little money.
They are great with nail designs too!
The staff works hard and are always friendly and polite with a smile always on their faces.
It’s the only nail salon I go to. I trust their work and they are super knowledgeable and clean, and it’s my “me” time place for pampering and relaxation. They do the best so that I can feel relaxed and comfortable and well taken care of.
Their prices are very reasonable and affordable!

Edit: Upon further reflection the nails are not that bad as I thought, the shape was thoughtfully crafted.
The application was a little rough around the edges as there was still polish on my finger after, but I was in a rush so I left. The nail polish rubbed off after a few hand washes.
For $88 a full set it’s quite expensive, but I do think these ladies are nice so they deserve a bump in their reviews.
If I could rate it truthfully it would 4.2/5 because of the price and chrome application.

I’ve been coming here for about ten years now. This is the only place I will get my nails done in toronto. They always take care of me and fit me into their schedule, and make sure I am well taken care of. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Top Nails since 2018 and they have always gone above and beyond with their services. They are always able to create most of the nail designs that I have chosen from Pinterest. They always offer good prices for their services and are excellent in giving manicures and pedicures. They have really good prices and excellent quality work for eye lash extensions.
I have recommended them to my coworkers and they were very happy to learn about Top Nails and loved everything about their services, especially their pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone going to Top Nails!!

Filthy ! I have been to this location twice. First time eyelash extensions second time fill and mani pedi.The service good , girls great but every nail polish bottle dirty. The hose to the tubs filthy. The tables dirty. They have time in between clients clean.They were reusing my old eyelashes they removed NoCleanliness: FILTHY

I’m leaving this review due to a health and safety concern experienced while getting my pedicure done last night.I’ve been here twice before end had great work done by some of the other ladies .The lady doing my nails last night may have been the manager/owner as she kept answering the phone and having chats even while using cuticle cutters on my feet.Sure enough - she cut into me. Then proceeded to buff over my cut skin and the result was a fair bit of bleeding.I had to ask her to stop and had to ask several times for first aid and she finally gave me polysporin after the work was done.She then discounted my service by $5 which frankly I didn't care for as I was worried about getting an infection.Honestly I felt terrible as I left. Not only was it not good service but she also caused harm and seemed annoyed with me as she apologized.Hesitant to to back.

Not all nail techs in salon give same quality of service…some better than others. Went with friend, my feet turned out well, her feet clearly needed scrapping and previous nail polish was still on. All that was done was cuticles, trim and lotion, heels were still cracked…nails weren’t smooth since didn’t remove nail polish, just use emery board. Since she has never had feet done she thought it was normal. Very disappointing, we paid same price and only one of us look like we had a pedicure
