What a waste of time and money. 8.00 for a Danish thats not even half inch thick (no date, but hard as hell)and 5 day old eggplant sandwich. Garbage! Utter garbage!!

Delicious Bitez at 20 Lockport in Etobicoke, Ontario is just amazing. Fresh tasty warm meals/bags. They don't disappoint, wish they had a bag for lunch period too. Excellent value.

Customer service from TGTG was never good, but it has now become ridiculously bad.They were always slow. Reading their responses to reviews here about striving for a 1-2 day response time made me laugh. They deal in weeks, not days.But this has gotten insane. Their last message, saying they would look into an issue and get back to me, was two months ago. MONTHS. I'm sure being stuck in the middle of business and consumer expectations is frustrating, but having awful customer support is worse than zero support at all.Edit: h74y03yrl1d, no response since October 31stEdit 2: A month later and still no response. It's all lip service, no one at this company actually means what they say, they just want everyone else to believe that they do.

Update: they responded to my review that they’re actively reviewing my case.. it’s been over a week and still no response.Been trying to contact them for almost a month as I’ve been charged for services I did not receive. Their message says they’d respond in 2 days. What a joke.

Be careful when you ship, very poor customer service and you loose your money if you are unable to pick up. As a first time buyer with negative experience never going to try again.

No one should buy from a store that has less than 4.5 stars reviews. The only benefit of this seems to be to the businesses. Most businesses like Adonis, and small restaurants sell off their useless garbage that is not fit for human consumption.East less food but Fresh food. No compromise on food quality and freshness, no matter how cheap you get it.Cheap unethical businesses should be banned from using this App.

I purchased the Cutout Fruit Bag today, but I have to say the item description is really misleading and the product qualify is absolutely not acceptable. I attached the pic of your ad about the item, and the photo I took of the actual item I received. They are totally different, they are not same item from all aspects. The fruit bag I got looks like some residue from the store, melons with little pulp but most skins. And all fruits in the bag are not even clean, it seems like some left-over items ready to go to garbage bin. I bought some items from your app recently, never got product as bad as this one. Really disappointed with the order and I think I'll never purchase these products anymore.

The app should be renamed"Too Good 2 B True"Most of the stores are selling either old food or the portions aren't worth the (surprise) price. You might as well pay the regular cost and order from the regular menu. At least that way you'll know what you're getting in your order and you will be getting value for your money.As it stands currently, you're paying for small portions of leftovers. Listen to the other reviews. It's blatant false advertising, you're not saving money, food, or the "environment".Customer service is also non-existent, despite the claims of the person responding to the reviews. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT RECTIFY YOUR CONCERNS. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LYING OWNER DOING DAMAGE CONTROL IN THE REVIEWS. CUSTOMER SERVICE RARELY REPLIES OR REFUNDS YOU.Good idea with poor execution, that I highly doubt will change or improve without some sort of inducement.Save your time, effort and money!

This app is totally bogus. Tried 2 times. Once totally rotten produce. Saves the store from throwing it, yes because I had to look after disposing of the 15 pounds of their garbage. Second time - said food was worth $18. I got a single baguette and one tiny sweet roll.

Try flash food instead. Iffy success rate, sometimes the food being moldy or close to. We ordered several times to give this review.Worse was Burrito Boys Brantford. The app said pick up 10.30, we wandered around wasting time for an hour before pick up only for them to tell us they were advised by owner not to give food out till 11 . Disappointing and frustrating, misleading info.
