This store has table seats, but it was so dirty that I didn't really want to sit there, but my companion did his best to wipe it clean, and then he started cleaning the floor even though there were customers in sight, so I was a nuisance. I thought I shouldn't do that, so I came out early.I got a chicken burger that day.Crispy chicken is normal.I like Tim Herton hot chocolate.

The staffs are extremely unprofessional and not welcoming at all. Not even deserve 1 star. Not everyone though but some individuals has lack of manners. The management team should pay attention to these few staffs who don't treat customers fairly. These stuffs should know how to talk with customers friendly rather than only serving coffees......

Worst tim Hortons I've been to in a long time. Super slow, unfriendly staff, tap for card didn't pay, only gave points. Horrible waste of time.

I went there last month when I visited Toronto. The staffs were quite fast and efficient. Ordered pastry and hot chocolate. The taste is average I would say. The cleanliness is bad. Probably they need to work on that.

no customer service at all, they are just so rude and demeaning, they don’t even greet u at first, employees here really need some training in my opinion. Disappointed.

Idk those new employees don’t know what they’re doing. My turkey melt was disgusting and not melted. It was cold. Look how hard the cheese it. And my wedges were also cold and tasted nasty. Waste of money. Not worth the 10 cr@Ck heads you have to walk by to get in. Just go to the Tim’s downstairs in 10 Dundas square. Not this one. Also didn’t put ketchup packets in so left with dry cold potatoes.

Ordered a latte, guy gives it to me iced. He says "that's how it comes." As he was making the drink, he drops the ice scoop on the floor and *puts it back in the ice bin.* So, it's a dirty location next to a methadone clinic that makes your order wrong.

The queue at Tim Hortons on Ryerson Campus seems not moving, the service is slowest, employees need customer service skills training, they are so unfriendly, they seem to be in a rush to complete order first even before taking one. Homeless people are inside and outside making it crowded and the smell inside is a turn off to eat / drink afterwards.I ordered large double double steeped tea, after reaching office nearby, the very first sip tasted as if the employee had poured 50 teaspoons on sugar in 1 cup, just undrinkable, so much for waiting in queue. I guess I won't visit this location and go somewhere else with better caring and trained employees where food and beverages are made correctly, not ruining your day so early in the morning. Now the autobot will ask one to fill a form or call a toll free phone number - another fruitless wastage of time. Tim's used to be better - what a sorry situation now.Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless folks that interact with this location that makes it feel a bit unsafe and smell bad from time to time as well. Try the location at Eaton Center food court if you got time instead!
