A few times a month I need to take the 6:05 AM train from Union. Believe it or not, in the largest city in Canada it can be a real challenge to find somewhere to buy a coffee before 6 AM.This TH location IS open before 6 AM but there always seems to be some issue that makes getting a coffee and a bite to eat impossible. Long line ups and only one employee working is usually the case.The last few times I tried to pick up a coffee here I ended up giving up after a few minutes of waiting so as not to miss my train. I started to keep Cliff bars in my bag for these mornings.

Please update your hours. Staff asked me to leave at 9.05 pm because apparently "dine in closes an hour early". Google lists it as closing at 11 pm.

Ordered a steep tea but got a coffee instead. I also noticed the server added a significant portion of water in the coffee, not sure why. It tastes really bad :/

Yesterday, I ordered a Caramel Iced Capp. And Veggie habanero wrap and chose to pay by master card from Apple Pay which was the only possible method of payment I had but their machines, I salute the machine didn’t worked, same thing had happened with me earlier with the kiosk. When I asked one of the employees, he bothered me to bring physical card, instead it was just a phone call away to ask the company to look after the payment machines, but no one is taking care of it. They should try to fix the problem after all it is the matter of customer service.

This past weekend one of the staff working there, who seems to be new, literally snapped and yelled at me because I politely and gently asked him if my drink could be remade as it was prepared incorrectly (was made with cream instead of milk). Definitely one for the books.

The customer service is awful, yesterday me and my friends went to order something around 9pm and wanted to place our order through the machine, it didn't accept the payment, and we we're trying and trying until the person on the counter told us the machine wasn't working, even though we were there for several minutes and another of the employees was there behind us on the tables, they both saw us there trying to place our order and didn't say anything until the 3rd time we attempted to pay. Besides they were kicking people out from the dinner because they say the dinner was out of service, even if they were 2 hours away from the closing time.Then, when we tried to place our order through the employee on the counter, this person was being very unkind. I know how hard and exhausting it is to work in customer service, but that's not a reason to be so unprofessional and rude. Reading the reviews, I noticed it's not the first time people are complaining about this, but the company still won't do anything to fix the problem. I asked the person to cancel the order and we left the place really upset.

I come to this place at least once a week. The service and everything is good. But sadly the guy who’s at the billing counter seems quite rude. I don’t like the way I get frowned at while placing an order. Initially there was another lady who was always really polite, patient and would greet customers with a smile. I hope to see her again.
