They have never got my order dark roast wrong. I appreciate the service. Only problem is, it is the only tim hortons in the vicinity so expect to wait for 30 minutes in peak hours. plus it closes at random times.

Never a fan of their dark roast but while I was at St. Michael emergy waiting room I had to order some strong coffee nearby and this was the place. My coffee was served hot and my mobile order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Smokey honey bacon farmer's wrap($5.49) w/ chipotle sauce & cheddar cheese was FANTASTIC!!! It was wrapped & pressed well with nice grill mark. It's moderately salty, sweet from honey, spicy from chipotle sauce & smokeyness from bacon & grillmark from the wrap. I would order it again.

Tim Hortons at Warden and St. Clair. This drive through is the worst. The slowest in the province. Have been in the line for 20 minutes now and still waiting to get my order. And while you are waiting they will wave at you to stop before approaching the window. Worst service ever!!!!

We had a delicious sandwich in Tim Hortons, the price and time of wait were good. The teller was friendly and really pacient with us, because we had some doubts about what to order.

Whoever in charge for this Cafe needs to reconsider staff cleanness! I everyday get my coffee early in the morning and keep seeing this! Today my coffee contains a long hair from the staff plus the wet hands touching the cup lids and many other things!! Common at least we are at the hospital. Very dirty unfortunately

Zero rating from me, the lady taking my order was so rude and did not even let me finish my order and after every item she was like anything else.... Let me speak first once I am done I will say that's all... I did not even placed my full order as it was so frustrating to get interrupted again and again. Worst... and to add no baking option at all

Azeba needs better training on how to speak to customers. I had two cups leak on my hand. When I asked for a 3rd cup and lid she came over and asked why I was getting a new cup. When I told her it was leaking again she said " I don't think so" showing her the coffee all over my fingers I asked if she was calling me a liar and she responded " cups don't leak that much" when I asked for her name to call the manager she responded " don't worry about my name". Thankfully Jason, the manager, was much nicer to deal with. I just hope she's fired or is taught how to speak to people properly.

Upon my recent visit to the hospital (morning of Jan 31st) I found myself at the worst Tim Hortons. Not only did this location not have many baked options to choose from but the staff there were absolutely miserable! I don’t think I have ever seen a Tim Hortons staff member be as rude as the staff at this location. As I was ordering, the cashier decided to walk away and start making another pot of coffee...while I was still ordering. She did not apologize, or say anything upon returning to the cash and I was not in a mood to ask. I repeated my order and was told there is no toaster, no microwave and no ability to heat nor slice anything. I asked if there was a toaster or microwave in the vicinity which I could have access to and she shrugged her shoulders. Super helpful!! I get my order, which is incomplete (cause she wasn’t paying any attention) and when I ask for the second beverage she tells me I need to wait cause I didn’t order it the first time. Being quite frustrated I told her, if she had listened to my order the first time or even the second time she would’ve heard it but that didn’t phase her in the least. I finally got my second drink and left. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this Tim Hortons location again! Based on my experience and others who have also posted about this location, Tim Hortons needs to do something.
