I had used UPS drop off services for the first time and wasn't aware that receipt was provided. I went back to check on it, the owner/ front desk was rude and dismissive. I politely asked him it would be nice if it is mentioned that receipts can be provided if requested. He was rude enough to say it would be nice if I can close the door behind me. This was all for a simple enquiry.

I really didn't wanna go with what reviews said but after I had a negative interaction I have a comment.
The lady who works here needs some training on customer service. The guy owner was nice throughout until today.
So basically UPS lost my package and told me multiple times my package has arrived at this store. Each time they notified me I had to either come to the store in person or make a call to make sure the package was actually there since even though UPS was telling me it is at this store the store would tell me it was not.
Today finally after a lengthy search process my package arrived at this store (for real this time). I went to pick it up and the guy told me how I shouldn't be calling so many times because they would let me know if the package was there. Mind you, I already was so tired running after this package and was only calling this store because UPS TOLD ME MY PACKAGE WAS THERE. It wasn't once or twice, multiple times UPS would update me this time your package arrived etc. The guy already knows that as it has been a couple of days me calling and visiting this store. Trust me I am not taking time off my work day coming and calling just because I can LOL....as I was already frustrated about this whole thing, instead of any explanation I was met with this attitude...
Also as a concerned customer when I called they told me how there's customers at the store..never had such an interaction before.
It is still a mystery why the package was lost and whether it was due to UPS or this store.
Disappointed.

One of the worst behaviour people in this store....when I couldn't send mail for print cos of slow Internet it took hardly 4 min meanwhile he was so impatient and he told me to walkout and opened the door....the way they treat is so rude...

Horrible service from the female employee, she's rude and seems like she hates working there. Better off going to another location, printing services go to staples up the road. The Male owner was always pleasant and knew what he was doing but wouldn't return because of the female employee, if I go by and see her, I will continue to the next place.

excellent service. Dropped in here for my passport picture. I called ahead of time to confirm they take passport pictures and was kindly informed that they do. When I came in I was asked how I may be served in a timely and friendly manner. Then Hadi took my picture very efficiently and in no time I was on my way out. The service was very friendly by gentlemen.There was also a woman there having trouble with a package and they were very nice and patient with her. 5 stars!!

I recently had to send some important documents back home while I was in Toronto, and I visited the UPS store. Hadi at the store was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the different shipping methods and helped me choose the best option for my needs. I’m happy that the documents arrived as expected.
