I don't normally do Google Reviews, but this felt like a good exception to that rule. I placed a printing order on Wednesday evening for my daughter's birthday invitations, the turn around time said "one business day" amazing. 20 minutes later I got a notification that my order was done and ready for pick up! WHAT?! When I went in the next day to pick them up, they had been printed beautifully AND cut for me!!! Saving me a ton of time. I cannot recommend this store enough. It really felt like I got above and beyond service.

The staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to assist. They patiently guide me through the process, addressing all my inquiries and offering valuable suggestions to enhance my prints. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are commendable. However, the best thing of all with The UPS Store is they do rush service/expedite service, when when I have deadlines!!!
