These guys re-used old boxes to ship my belongings, but they didn't remove the old labels. You can see in the photos what a mess these boxes are. As a result, the handlers at a UPS processing center scanned the wrong label, so the packages got misdirected. These boxes were shipped on or about August 20th, and now almost 2 months later I still don't have them, because even after I sorted out the shipping label issue, UPS misdirected the boxes a second time. Customer service completely unhelpful, no information, no remedy, barely even a worthless "sorry." They're sitting in a warehouse somewhere and I've given up on the idea that I'll ever get them back. It's a system-wide failure that goes beyond this one store, but it started with the sloppy carelessness of the "packing professionals" at this particular store. I would have saved time and money if I had just thrown away the contents of these boxes and kept my money. UPS has no integrity, no professionalism, and no accountability at all. The whole company is rot from top to bottom. Think twice before you trust them with your belongings.

I've been coming to this UPS store for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience, thanks to Bernard! He’s always so helpful, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of smoothly. Whether it's shipping a package or helping with other services, Bernard is always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It’s rare to find such amazing customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the excellent work he does. Highly recommend this UPS store.

The sign says that the employee is on the lunch. I have been waiting there for 40 minutes since 10 am to 10:40. Nobody appeared. Im very dissatisfied with that experience.

This store exceeds expectations when it comes to quality and service. Market-rate passport photos that come out terrific, very reasonable printing services and hands-on mailing services too. Always a pleasure to come back. Look how great my passport photo turned out.
