Hidden gem!!! Amanda was an absolute legend helping me set up my new phone with Bell - went above and beyond to call multiple customer service numbers to sort out a porting issue we ran into from my old phone, and even stayed back to help me on a different day and checked in multiple times with me to see how the phone provider issue was going. My spouse and I had a real adventure in store with an awesome team, they set me up with a new case and a screen protector too, didn’t have to worry about a thing. Super friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Will be back!! Go here ASAP if you’re tech-deficient like me and need the expertise, or even just for a friendly chat with great people ??

Not a fan of headphones being final sale and not even being able to even able to open the box in store (this one seems more unreasonable). I had purchased a pair of Skullcandy Bluetooth headphones, misplaced the charging pod, and basically only bought another pair of Skullcandy in the hopes that it was the same charging pod, but it wasn't, and I was stuck with the 2nd pair of Skullcandy (after opening) that wouldn't charge charge the 1st pair. If I knew the charging pod wasn't compatible, I may have gone with a different brand for my new 2nd pair (i.e. Sony or Beats).

I would never recommend buying Apple products at Best Buy Express.
I purchased AirPods 4 from your store on September 29, 2024, and noticed scratches on the case right out of the box. Your staff advised me to go to the Apple Store, but they couldn’t help since the product was purchased from Best Buy. When I returned to your store, I was told open-box items couldn’t be refunded, which I wasn’t informed about before buying.
I’m frustrated by the incorrect advice and the refusal to refund or replace the defective product. This experience is why I’m giving one star.
I would like to ask again: can the Apple product, especially the AirPods, be returned or refunded?

I really don't understand how many years ago this store's Sunday opening hours were set, and they have never been updated. Best Buy's official website also states that it opens at 6 a.m., but I arrived at 11 a.m. and waited for a full hour before it opened. I would like to trouble the official to update the time so that others don't have to wait foolishly.
