I walked in Best Buy with a warranty issue with my headphones and couldn’t file a claim. Right away, Abu the store manager helped and went over the call of duty in assisting me getting my warranty. In doing so Abu, showed what real customer service is and showing what it means to go over the call of duty as an employee of Best Buy. All I could say is thank you Abu.

Took 2 employees and a manager 15 minutes to scan one item, went in another day and the sales guy was texting through the entire "conversation". Was meh before and even worse now

I love this store and the wonderful staff who has helped me today out of so much confusion over cords and connecting to boxes easily. And please note I have been helped out of many BELL and computer problems in the past. VISIT THEM FOR AN Easily understood INFORMATIVE SESSION that can't be beat anywhere else in the Beaches.

The Source in the beach (Queen Street East) has an excellent selection of products and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to help every customer. This my second time purchasing a cell phone plan and a smartphone from the store, Kenny was extremely helpful from the start: explained everything about the new phone, helped with transfer all the data from old to new and even helped get additional discount on my new phone plan. Once my first bill arrived, he reviewed it to make sure my plan was recorded correctly. This is the second time I use the help from Kenny and I really recommend him as the best helpful resource at The Source. Thank you Kenny

My orders keeps getting cancelled by store for pickup even when i reserved it online and checked out and paid successfully most items were heavily discounted and on clearance, so I decided to walk in the store , and employee there said the store manager hoard mostly all clearance items and cancel customer order, store manager was not available for me to speak. I would advise everyone not to buy anything from this store as it is run by some lunatics
