A modern pharmacy that incorporates holistic healing with allopathic medicine. Serina, the pharmacist and owner, is very patient and thorough in her assessment and recommendations. The front of the pharmacy feels more like a relaxing spa, while the back is where the clinical business is located.

Have been here a couple times and my visits are always lovely. This pharmacy is actually nowhere near convenient for me but what keeps me coming back is the incredible customer service, the response rate is 10/10 (they actually respond and pick up the phone!!! IYKYK) and the atmosphere is so calming and welcoming that it makes you want to stay longer than you need. Will definitely be returning!

I recently had a one-hour consultation with Serina, and she exceeded all my expectations. She was punctual, thoroughly prepared, and provided a diverse array of solutions and resources. I absolutely LOVE The Pharmacy Lab. Every employee, from staff to pharmacist, has been exceptional.
I have struggled to find a pharmacy that has been so caring and respectful. Not only are they discreet when you are picking up your prescriptions, but they are incredibly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to give you the information you seek.
If you are thinking about switching pharmacies, do it! You won’t regret it!

Can't say enough about the team at The Pharmacy Lab. They are excellent. When I had to fill out numerous prescriptions for my son, they were always on top of it. All of their efforts felt like they were just as concerned about my son getting better as we were - which was so comforting and will forever be appreciated.

The Pharmacy Lab is a beautiful, open space pharmacy with a great stock of health and wellness products. I had a facial with Jacqueline (30 minutes Glow on the Go) that was incredibly relaxing and left my skin looking wonderfully fresh and hydrated. The staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable and they gave me great personalized recommendations for my home skin care routine. I will absolutely be coming back!

Had a great "Glow on the Go" facial from Jacqueline. This was my first time at The Pharmacy Lab and my first facial in a few years. I really appreciated how Jacqueline explained the different treatments before she did them and what to expect. She also let me know which products she was applying in the moment, which was helpful for me to remember what I liked. I left feeling hydrated, smooth and refreshed, which is rare in the middle of a dry, -20°C winter day!The skincare and makeup selection at the store is pretty good too. I ended up purchasing some hyaluronic acid serum to combat the winter dryness. There was a lot to look at!

The staff at this pharmacy are friendly, welcoming, and have gone above and beyond to help us. We've filled several prescriptions here, and the service is so fast. The staff are communicative and take the time to answer all our questions. We also got our flu and updated Covid shots here, and the experience was efficient and easy. Super happy they've opened up in the neighbourhood, and I'd highly recommend using their services!
