Don't trust the labels on the soups. Bought a roasted red pepper and Gouda soup and found meat in it. Brought it to the attention of one of the staff and was told they might have made a mistake. I didn't take the soup next to it which was red pepper and bacon. So, if a vegetarian, don't recommend going with the labels. AVOID!

There was a bug (cockroach??) stuck to the sticker on my sandwich. Really repulsive. Would’ve just left without purchasing but I had already paid, as instructed by the lady at the sandwich counter.

Erica is the most amazing person ever! We always order cakes from this Longos location for our corporate events and she's been so kind and helpful every time. She is patient and always recommends great things. We always look for her when we come in the store and I just wanted to stop by and acknowledge that she is a fantastic employee! Great rep for the business. Great job!

I came in last month with a co-worker to buy a cake at this location for a farewell party. Just before paying, my co-worker and I went over to the hot bar and grabbed a bunch of plastic utensils to take. When we went to the registers to pay, the cashier by the name of Sofia proceeded to tell me that she was going to charge me and my co-worker $2-$5 for the plastic utensils we took. According to her, Longo's doesn't provide utensils for purchases that weren't from the hot bar. Granted, we did take a bunch of utensils enough for 8 people. But her condescending tone and rude manner was uncalled for. Maybe, for future reference, have your cashiers to KINDLY remind customers that the utensils are limited to hot bar purchases and maybe place a sign over at the hot bar that states that utensils are limited and for hot food purchases only. Anyway, I paid for what we came for, left the utensils save 2, never to return.

Staff at self-checkout doesn’t need to be barking orders, after all it is a self-checkout. Angry staff member felt it was necessary to tell me how to scan my item then come back 5 seconds later to tell me how to weigh it. It wasn’t a polite or helpful tone either, it was rude. All of this for a single apple.

I don't know who they're trying to fool by selling those cold old pizza slices (at full price).I just felt like I ate a piece of cardboard. The orignal owners were from Italy, what a joke to the name.

I had their custom made 8" pizza. Luckily it wasn't crowded, so the attendant was able to bake it to my liking (crisp), which takes a little longer. Nothing like a thin crust pizza fresh out the oven - almost like being in NYC!You have to plan if you want these custom pizzas because they are made from scratch, and it takes 10 to 15 minutes. One can order, shop, pay and come back to collect the pizza.

Good for instant groceries and bakery items. Clean and tidy area, well organized and product prices are Oky. Overall good.

Got an epic cookie and it tasted great. Very unexpected for a grocery store cookie to rival some of the best independent cookie stores.

The cashiers here are really really rude. I scanned something twice by accident and the girl that was black was giving me a lecture and even punishing for scanning them incorrectly. She was rude for no reason
