So sad. Since the place was sold, things just are not the same. Customer service is not a strong point. No more going the extra mile with a smile. You're lucky if anyone even looks up. Reputation down the toilet.

This place is the best I’ve dealt with in the city. Excellent communication, quick turnaround time and incredibly fair prices. Kevin is awesome and goes above and beyond. The shop is a neighbourhood gem.

Get all my printing done here, which is A LOT as I am a teacher. I’ve just discovered that they also print on card stock which is a bit more pricey but it saves me the trouble of having to cut the printed work, back it on card stock and cut it then laminate and cut again. Super helpful to have one step cut out specially now with Covid and every material I make having to with stand the extreme cleaning I do. The only downside is their store hours, I wish they opened on the weekends so I’m not running after work to pick up orders but that’s not a huge downside to having a great service with wonderful knowledgeable staff helping you out!
