we just want to shoutout the lady in customer service (we didn’t get her name) who saved our day today at the 2911 Eglington store by going above and beyond and calling us back after she located a box of flooring we desperately needed to finish a flooring job. after having someone search and not find it, she asked someone else to look again after we spoke and went out of her way to find our number and call us back to tell us she found the flooring. she saved us!! we called and searched 5+ different home depot stores from brockville to toronto and needed this missing box to complete our flooring job! 👏🏼 🫶🏻

I was working on a basement project and was referred to this location. I went to the Pro desk and I worked with Roula to get everything I needed in a timely manner and she handled every detail. The store was very clean and very friendly. I can't say enough about Roula at the pro desk, I travel to this store now for the customer service rather than go to the home depot that's closer to me, ( The customer experience there is horrible)

Needs better staff
I'm a contractor .Yesterday, dec 02 around 10 am i visit this location i buy 100 pieces lumber and after I paid i ask the lady to open big door because heavy to push shop card and she just ignore me.
Today, dec 03, i visited the same location around 10 am. to buy some paintings. The lady she works at the painting place she's so rude , and I don't understand why.

Went there to buy a spray for roaches, waited almost 30-40 just for the assistance.
Went more then 3-4 times just to ask which one is better for roaches,but instead of helping out they just said we'll send someone,go and wait on the isle.
No- one, came so I just a grab a spray and went to the counter and they said it might work use it then you'll come to know.
After having such a big name in the market,bit still customer handling is way to low.
Whenever you need anything,make sure you googled it and use knowledge, otherwise you'll just go there have to wait like I do.

My Dad and I haven’t spent a lot of time together in years. It’s no one’s fault but we just grew apart. He called me this year and wanted me to help him work on some renovations and repairs to his home in this area. I’m not a licensed contractor but really enjoy doing DIY projects and wanted to spend some time with Dad. The workers at this location helped us get started and things we needed and gave us very helpful advice. One of the big projects we did was his front porch. We got everything at this location and it turned out wonderful. Thanks for the great service and job your employees do to help us customers. Thank you 🙏

Bad service at return Today oct 18 2024 by shabana she said my water-hose I bought is already past 3 month since we r in October if I bought in July I told her that it depends on what date of July I bought it So then checking system it was not past 3 months She needs math training and customer service training. Her attitude was very rude
