At first they tried to tell me no exchanges for the incorrect size device (unused) I purchased the day before. When I pointed out that the receipt specified the conditions of exchange of this product, which were met, the story changed to they don't have the correct size and no refunds. Have dealt with this store for years but seems the current management has no regard for their clients once they have your money. Plenty of more ethical stores out there. I do not recommend.
