I walked into this store around 11:50-12:00 pm on Friday, October 4, to buy a computer chair, and the store was completely empty. Two associates—one male and one female—just stared at us without greeting or offering assistance. I thought it was odd, but we continued to browse. Still, no one acknowledged us.
Then, a white male customer walked in after us, and I noticed the male associate immediately spring up to greet him with a warm and loud hello. At that moment, it was clear what was happening. I approached the associate and asked, "No hello for us?" He looked visibly guilty and mumbled some excuse. The female associate even laughed.
Customer service starts the moment someone walks through the door, not when they make a purchase. Everyone deserves respect and equal treatment, regardless of their identity. Needless to say, I won’t be shopping here again, and this is a warning for anyone who isn’t a white male—you might receive subpar service here.

Easy convenient service. No long delays with text app. Links sent and simplified purchasing process. Questions were answered promptly and product being set up for delivery in just 3 days. I’ll be dealing with the brick on my next appliance purchase.

Excellent service and good quality furniture for reasonable prices. The delivery service was particularly excellent - prompt and they gave an actual, accurate ETA which was a rare and welcomed experience. Delivery team were professional and assembled our couch for us at no extra charge.

Don’t buy any marble furniture, the quality is the worse even if you buy the 2 year warranty they won’t respect and they will say it’s your fault

The people here in the store are super helpful, they share information and help in getting faster deliveries within their capabilities. They may not have wide variety, but those there are good and the people there do not let you feel like, ‘they are doing a favor to you!!’
