I've been coming here since the one on Gerard closed. Really friendly and helpful staff.
I've read a few of the reviews and it seems there are some ppl who really don't like homeless ppl.
You're there to get beer, not to hang out and judge ppl.
Just go to the liquor store or another better store.
It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic

So disorganized and busy on a Saturday noon that I walked out. The next store was just as bad. No display of what's available and the app wasn't working.

Great staff and all, however holy urine smell from some of the patrons milling about inside. Within the 5 minutes of being in line, 2 separate, very dishevelled dudes came in and reeked up the joint so bad you could cut the air with a knife. I dunno how much can be done to enforce against it, so beware! Maybe bring a mask or handkerchief, or a full can of febreeze...

The staff are pleasant and always willing to help. They are doing okay at maintaining the store. Security guard always on the phone and doesn't look like will get involved if needed.

Not like most other beer stores where you can shop around and visualize the products available. Orders are made directly at the counter and the staff will carry the beers out for you. Its easier if you know what you are looking for.
