When I walked in I was greeted by absolutely everyone, I felt like I was in my living room. I came in for a simple fix of a broken chain during peak hour and it was swiftly taken and fixed as I had an incredible talk with the owner. Really made my day. Thank you.

Amazing service and friendly people! I went to the Beadery to customize my pendant and they gave me what I want. Very professional and confident with what they are doing.
