Me and my dad has a stellar experience today with Victoria Vaz. We had a meeting regarding personal matters and she went above and beyond to ensure the process would be completed as soon as possible. We did not feel rushed and she took the time to explain everything through a couple of times. Victoria did all she could to ease out stressYou have a wonderful employee, please make sure she is recognized for her wonderful work ethic and customer service.

I have been customer for this branch since last 13 years but never seen busy like that..Long wait time all the time short staff, long queue and for just only safe deposit box we almost waited an hour to go in because for verification we were in lineBefore they had help desk that was very helpful now they have removed it….Very frustrating…..

My husband has booked an appointment Nov 30 @ 11 AM with Advisor: My-Hanh Be. We waited for 40 minutes ,only to find out that the advisor is not available after 12 Pm. My husband asked one of the staff members if there is any financial advisor available to accommodate him . He asked my husband why does he need an advisor ( he sound annoyed) and said that only My-Hanh Be is the only advisor that is on duty. I told that staff that my husband has to go to work @ 12 pm, but again, he said once the advisor is available , he/ she will attend to us. What is the use of booking an appointment. From what I understand from all the alibis, that advisor is not physically present SERVICE Is very POOR does not respect other people's time.Seems like the responses to the reviews are automPOor

Always been long time waiting, very short in staff and seems like this branch doesn't have desire to improve it.Never been satisfied going there and always telling myself this is my last time visiting there

Line ups are crazy , the waiting time is absolutely ridiculous, only 2 tellers are available specially after a long weekend .This branch used to be good, the more helpful, professional staff is gone ... it's just awful.

Worst bank to deal with.. customer service agents are clueless and you sit there waiting for hours to talk to them. BMO or CIBC is thousand times better!

Went there 2x, different days/ times. Only 2 tellers and a line of 8-10. What gives TD? People gotta wait 30-60 mins to do a little transaction.

My mom Hong is new immigration and just landed last month, and don't know Canada bank well. Miss Victoria Vaz and Maria G provided very professional service and explain all detail in very thoughtful way. I would like to rate the service as super great and the best. In the past years, I always got excellent service in this TD Bank location. Again, I am very much appreciated with your great help today Victoria and Maria!

The worst TD branch by far. All other branches do not put a hold on my cheques when I go in person, twice I went to this location and both held and one was a tiny one for $400! They claim its policy, but surely something is up with that branch. It was useless trying to speak to a manager. I wonder why they have those discriminatory practices only at that branch?

The customer service here is bad. They will see a long line and still be slow. There was a time I went there, the line was long and all the staff legit went to stand in one corner doing nothing I’m like don’t you see the line. People have places to be and I’m very sure they were not doing any meeting

Absolutely horrendous wait times. They are understaffed and are completely content with 30 people waiting in line as they nonchalantly chat to each other. It is not okay for an average person to wait for 45 minutes in line.
