This bank has the worst branch manager (Tatiana Pereiro) . She gave me a bad experience with TD Bank . All I wanted was a bank draft to buy a vehicle and this lady would not give me MY money!!
-Denied my bank draft
-Denied me a new card. My chip wasn't working
-Kicked me out of the bank
-Said she call me in an hour and never called me back
- She kept my debit card for 6 hrs. and I had to get help to get it back.
- She put a limit on my card which was not there before.
She discriminated against me. I am a First Nation's woman. I wrote customer service and all they did was apologize. When it's her that needs to apologize. She makes TD bank look BAD!! Don't go to this branch.

I’m glad I don’t bank with TD especially after witnessing what happened to my sister. My sister is a beneficiary of the Robinson Huron Treaty Annuity Settlement. She received her deposit from the trust that our reserve is with last week. She had been using her money since. Her and my mother came to Toronto to visit because our entire community received this, so we were ending our summer in a celebratory way. Going to concerts, fall shopping, dinners out etc. My Mom banks with TD and bought a new vehicle and didn’t have any problems. My sister was going to pitch in half on a new truck with her husband. The female manager at this location asked my sister why she has such a large amount of money and withheld her funds and bank card. My sister had to ask for ID back. The lady blamed it on head office and told my sister she had to wait for a call back. My sister waited there crying. We hear about this happening to First Nations. It hasn’t happened to all of us but it happened to my sister at this branch. Horrible service at this particular location. I recieved the same “large amount of money” the bank I’m with was more celebratory and provides much better service. I hope my sister switches bans because I had no problems at mine. I also noticed that TD Bank us not listed in Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations like some other banks. I suggest they train their entire staff, this should not have ever happened to someone who got treaty dollars when you’re on First Nations land, you are guests here.

While all my cash order could be made by phone at other TD branches, this one need me to go there ask for the order and go again to pick up.

Worst bank. Very slow.waste of time. Staff do not have any feelings or sense of urgency. No customer service. They let the people waiting for minimum 30-40mins before seeing a teller. manager will just walk past looking at the line like nothing. they dont smile. its like the dont like working. i dont know this place is weird or the workers are.. stay away from here.

It is 2024 and you can’t find a proper ATM to deposit or withdraw money on holidays. Yet they chargefee for banking. Good Job TD Bank!!

I have been dealing with this branch for eight years and the service has always been professional. I wouldn't stay there if that wasn't the case and I have a lot of small business transactions to complete. If anyone complains about line ups they must be going at peak volume times of day or month which can happen at any bank.

It seems that only incompetent and incompetent people were placed in this branch.I requested to change my mailing address, but they were unable to process it.They made the excuse that address changes could not be made at each branch.I left that branch and went to another branch to request an address change, and it was processed within 5 minutes.Their service is the worst.
