I thought this was a safe place to keep my medications until I received a call from a woman ranting for about 6 minutes, asking me about my prescriptions. This was someone clearly over exerting herself because a trained pharmacist would not ask such foolish questions. I still don't know the reason for wasting my time. I have since received calls from the Pharmacy but no message left. When I called back there were no concerns. To maintain the integrity of this place they need to get rid of those bad apples. Surely there are professional minded people out there looking for work.

Have used it for over a decade. Consistently excellent service. Never had a prescription error. Always take time to go over new medications and dosages.

I had my prescription refilled over the phone and the person I was talking to sounded so rude. She was talking very fast so most times I would ask her to repeat what she said as I didn’t understand her words. She repeated herself (sounding so annoyed) and was almost yelling. Before I can even say “thank you” she immediately hung up. The staff in this pharmacy are usually nice so I am very disappointed. Imagine, how she would talk to other people who are maybe hard of hearing, those with language barriers or those who just plainly did not understand her the first time.

There was a problem where my doctor prescribed the wrong dosage. Ariel Kwan was the pharmacist who helped me. She recognized and solved the problem. Was professional at every step in a difficult situation. You're lucky to have her. This pharmacy knows their stuff.

Experienced with poor customer service and dealing. Long waiting line and only one person to serve. Although pharmacist was knowledgeable and provide explanation in detail but to reach to the pharmacist wait time was long. They should increase the staff for the pick up line so it can help customers.
