Highly reccomend summit ford, and service advisor Ryan Knox in particular. The front differential on my 2022 f150 blew and was leaking like crazy. Last time i brought my truck in for an ignition problem it took more than a week. Had my truck towed in at 9pm sunday and had it back 530pm monday, fully repaired and they also took care of a recall i was unaware of for me, all thanks to Ryan. Can't say enough good about him. It's so hard to find proper service guys, especially at dealerships. 12/10

I went in for trade in my car for something better. I decided to keep my car in the end and they forgot to give me back my ownership and insurance paper. Best part of this is that I live 1 hour away from this dealership. Plus the 6pm week day traffic on 401. I hit home at 9. All the gas and 3 hours drive for their mistake and I didn’t get a apology!

Had a great experience dealing with Shahzaib at Summit Ford. Prompt replies and updates throughout the whole process made buying my first car very pleasant. Went above and beyond with answering all questions and provided all service records I requested as well as an inspection video with the sale. He also made sure to include extra replacements as a courtesy before purchasing even though it was not required per the safety inspection. They hold their vehicles to a high standard and are very organized. I highly recommend seeing him when you are looking to buy!

5/5 stars for service. Ryan Santos Service Advisor helping me was fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable, good sense of humour and overall pleasant to deal with.Ford service itself was great. No complaints for the work done to the vehicle. Thank you so much to the Summit Ford team .

I would like to thank Ryan Knox Service Advisor at Summit Ford, who looked after me and my 20022 Ford Mustang GT. Ryan is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to assist me. I've used Summit repair center 3 different occasions. All 3 times I had to wait week's for an appointment . Once in Summit they did not start servicing my vehicle till 2 - 3 day's later. I had the hardest time getting someone on the phone to help with updates. They have tried to charge me for thighs that are on my warranty. I do not recommend this place.

Today at 7:00am I dropped my car at Summit Ford for schedule Service, I am doing this for 8 years. I also requested a shuttle pick up at 2:30pm Ryan Knox was the Service Advisor. He did not text or call me all day. (0)communication all day. I called him at 2pm to see if my car was ready and to confirm pick up. he said my car was ready, nd my pick up was schedule on the board, at 3:10pm or 40 minutes later waiting for the unknown I had to find my own ride to the dealership. This is the worse service I experienced in this Dealership in the last 8 years. Never been left out with (0) communication. I did tell Ryan Knox that I was going to leave the feedback he deserved.

I serviced my truck at Summit for the first time and was pleased with level of professionalism and efficiency. Had an issue with a rattle, my service advisor Ryan and the tech went above and beyond to find it. Very pleased and I'll be using summit for service going forward.

My first time taking work truck as walk-in for oil change at Summit Ford in Etobicoke. The service rep Chris was very candid and cordial with me. They didn’t have filter for my Chevy Colorado but he gave me a realistic timeline for the repair and he held to it. I plan to return for future service needs. Thanks Chris

I've been coming to Summit since 2012. Ive purchased 2 explorers from them and serviced over 5 cars with them...ive always appreciated their promptness and excellent communication..always been treated very well and they've more than earned my trust and respect.

Great people making buying a car very easy. They also tell you everything you need to know up from so there is no surprises. Steven in sales helped me buy my new Bronco and was very helpful especially when the wait times got long sometimes (not their fault). Would definitely buy again from this place and from steven. 5/5
