Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection of decently priced chess sets. On the downside chess books are a bit pricy and the store is very small. On the bright side there is a wider selection of other board games and puzzles as well. Definitely recommend if you’re interested in board games, learning chess, getting your first chess set.

I ordered a new Chess set from Strategy Games Online. Due to covid -19, I did not open the set for several months as I had no one to play with. When I did several months later I found that they had sent me a used set and what was worse, the white king was missing. After months of being promised a new king ( never mind a new set), nothing has been being done to correct the situation. I would suggest not buying any product from this store .

Went to pick up a 'good' chess set. Owner was super helpful in helping us pick out the pieces and board that was best for us. It looks and plays beautifully.

If you have a responsibility beyond your own business, to receive and ship FedEx packages, and you have publicly posted times of service, DON'T CLOSE EARLY. Most people who work a regular job, finish work at 5, which means they wont get a change to make it there til 5:30. I have a package that I NEEDED to pick up same day. Got there at 5:30 and they were closed. There were 2 other people who were behind me just as shocked and upset as I was not to be able to pick up their packages. Not to mention they don't open their business til 11am. I now have to go out of my way again to pick up this package which I already should have had. That being said, this has nothing to do with the Strategy Game's store itself.
