The manager Michelle is so rude. Made the wrong drink for me . And when I ask for a big more oat milk in my coffee( which I paid extra for). She said, fine, just a little bit more. And she did! Only ' a little bit More '. Wow unbelievable.

About what you can expect for a starbucks. Staff was quick and frap drinks were good. Caramel ribbon and java chip
Visited during non peak time around 5pm on weekday and there was not many people. Cannot comment on wait times during busy hours or weekends

Matcha ? frappachino ? was fantastic. One pump of syrup is more than enough sweetness for it. Tried the new lemonade refresher too and it had little boba like beads which pop in your mouth and have juice inside.
Lots of parking ?️
Relatively busy during the day. Expect to wait 5-10 mins for a drink

The interior was nice but a bit small. Even though the line wasn’t that long there was one worker there. I literally just wanted a wanter and waited in line for a good 20 minutes. Took so long so I left.

Bad service.I ordered a breakfast sandwich early this morning on the app. Waited till the app prompted me to go in bc it's ready.They hadn't even started making it.And no one was there.Not a single customer.

My experience at Starbucks was utterly disappointing. Despite my assumption that they had a drive-thru, I was dismayed to find out they didn't. Struggling with severe back pain, I couldn't walk into the store to get my coffee, so I called to see if they could bring it to my car, which was just 10 steps away. Shockingly, they callously refused to assist. When I asked for a refund, they directed me to customer service, which only added to my frustration. After enduring a 20-minute wait, they begrudgingly issued a meager $4 refund, claiming it could take up to 24 hours to process. The lack of empathy and compassion from both the staff at the store and customer service was appalling. This heartless treatment of customers is inexcusable. Avoid Starbucks if you value basic human decency.

Good experience w/ pickup. Ordered off the app. Workers had my drink ready. For pickup, they have names organized from A-J and then K-Z so when you arrive you just look for your drink via the first letter of your first name. I had never tried the nitro cold brew from Starbucks so I was curious (though I DID try the regular cold brew in the past). After having tried McD's new cold brew which just launched, I would give the taste edge to Starbucks. Although obviously, value for money is in McD's favour (valiant effort and fair play to them). I think I'll try the nitro cold brew with some creamer next time.

I love SB but I have to do this ..Google shows 8:30 close time I show up 8:04 the guy show this cut throat hand gestures to tell me they are closed
1. Update Google to reflect correct hrs
2. Tell me it’s closed in a proper manner

Best staff(s) !!Good service at Cashier and staff who made me coffee, the cashier guy who is helpful with patience about my phone issue with my reloaded Starbuck rewards cards balance. Good recommendation( ? ice Lavender &Matcha )about the difference between 2 new feature items, that was so good. And the other 2guys in the back is also nice and knowledgeable about the rewards program when I was waiting and inquiring them.

please check who you’re hiring. I know its a starbucks but more profesionalism would be a good life skill.
