when you have a Sony product beware their support service sucks. Their representative are rude and it will take them almost 3 weeks to fix your computer. After sending my computer to be fixed by Sony. I had to replace the Hard drive that was functioning prior to sending it to them .THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER . I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN SONY
