This was actually my first time doing my taxes with a clinic and I definitely had a bit of anxiety, but Preeti at 127 Yonge St could not have been a better person to guide me through the process.It was such a welcoming experience from beginning to end and Preeti herself was conversational, assuring, professional, transparent and we even shared a few laughs.I felt like Preeti really took her time with me and offered a lot of great advice and insight throughout our time together.I will unquestionably be returning to Softron for further tax support and as long as I am in her area; I look forward to working with Preeti again.

It was that time of year again and I was looking for a tax agent which would make this process smoother. Luckily I came across Softron Tax, called them and Preeti was extremely accommodating even when coming in near closing time. She informed me of claims, educated me about tax terminology and tips for future tax filing. I am happy I chose to do taxes here and will surely continue to do so. Amazing service!

Preeti is a lovely worker. She takes her time to make sure annd triple check that all of the appropriate documents you need for filing are in order and goes over in detail what you should be receiving or are owing to the CRA! I’ll be coming back to Softron for sure!
