Three of us went to the Stockyards Store to look at strollers. All the staff were super helpful, but especially Nesha who spent a lot of time showing us different models and how they work, talking about the pluses and minuses of various features, telling us about her own experience, etc. We never felt rushed, all our questions were answered, and they spent a lot of time price matching for us. In the end we left with a grab bag and a promise of free shipping. We are so happy with our choice and with the experience of shopping at this store!

My wife and I went to the store last week and I can’t emphasize enough how incredibly helpful and supportive Kelsey was. She spent over an hour patiently answering all of our questions and gave us so much valuable information. She even showed us how to install a car seat in our car! She was so kind and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend chatting with her if you are new parents like us :)

We have had two amazing visits to this store so far. During our first visit, Nesha spent almost an hour with us, helping us understand more about strollers. It was impressive how much detail and knowledge she had about the models we were considering. She also taught us how to fold and unfold the strollers, giving us time to practice on our own multiple times to see how we felt. Additionally, she helped us understand more about breast pumps and everything related to a baby registry.
On our second visit, Mohruz assisted us with car seats and some items that we wanted to purchase but pick up in-store. Mohruz was very patient with all our questions and hesitations, especially regarding the fabric choices. Nesha also helped us that day to better understand the different fabrics, which was incredibly helpful in making our decision.
As first-time moms, my wife and I are so grateful for the patience and knowledge shared with us and for not feeling pressured to buy any item. On the contrary, we’ve had a great experience and, most importantly, time to make an informed purchase and decision. Thank you so much.

We always have a good experience while browsing here, but today we made our first purchase big of a new car seat + stroller. Nesha greeted us as soon as we walked in and came to assist us. She helped us with a car seat fitting, explained all the features and how to use it, helped us pick out our new stroller, and ordered them to our house with free delivery. Great experience!

Stopped by and Kelsey walked us around the entire store and helped us set up a registry (which is also very great). She was fantastic, couldn't have been better. Thanks Kelsey! I'm sure we'll be back soon.

We stopped into Snugglebugz to see look at their selection of car seats and strollers. Nesha was amazing and so helpful! She answered all our questions, and even looked up information online for us for one of the new strollers coming out in September! Thank you Nesha for all your help! We will definitely return to this location.

I went to the Stockyards location to check out items for my first baby, due in a few months. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. They explained how their registry works and helped me enroll - there are so many benefits to registering with Snuggle Bugz, I had no idea! Overall it was a really great experience and I'm so happy with how well my partner and I were taken of.

My daughter and I went into this store to look at some strollers for her baby due in Sept/24, within 5 minutes a sales rep by the name of Nesha approached us and was so helpful, professional and made the process so comfortable and easy. She knew all the stroller products, she demonstrated features and benefits with all the strollers of interest and at the end of the demos, my daughter selected a stroller. There was no pressure and we were very pleased. We purchased the stroller she liked and she also had us set up a gift registry for her baby. I was also able to set up an account for emails and promos as the grandmother, I love to shop too! A great experience thank you Nesha!

We came here to find out about carseat + stroller combination products that they have. The customer service at this location was fantastic. Not only did the store clerks show us various brands of carseats and strollers, and let us test out some of the models on the floor, but they also did a "car fit" with both the seats we were debating between. This helped us narrow down the options because of the safety concerns over a particular seat being too tight in our vehicle. My partner and myself learned a lot and are grateful for the time they spent helping us.

Amazing experience at the Stockyard location! My husband and I were searching for a side-by-side stroller for twins, specifically interested in trying out the Bugaboo Donkey 5. We also wanted more details on additional purchases since Snuggle Bugz only carried the Mono configuration, not the twins. Firstly, our visit to the Snuggle Bugz North York location was disappointing. The consultant seemed unsure and provided inconsistent answers. It felt like we knew more about the stroller than she did, so we decided to leave.
Then, we decided to try another Snuggle Bugz location at Stockyard, and we were delighted! The staff were true professionals. They shared all the available options with us, helped us choose car seats, and provided all the necessary information to transform the Bugaboo Donkey 5 Mono configuration into the Twins one. Additionally, they advised us to park our car closer to the store and brought the car seats outside to check if they fit properly. After such a thorough consultation, we had no doubts about purchasing the stroller and car seats. We were confident that we hadn't missed any important details or parts of the stroller :)
Unfortunately, we didn’t ask for the name of our store advisor, but based on the name on our receipt, it was Rodnesha.
We were truly satisfied with all the assistance and support she provided!

Sajeha guided us through buying a car seat for our soon to be little one and her customer service was amazing. She brought the seat to our car to ensure it would fit and was very knowledgable/patient with all the questions we asked. My husband and left feeling excited and confident with our purchase.

I went into the store to buy the 'perfect gift' for my Grandson. I saw so many great products, and got wonderful support from Charmaine(store staff) in the process of selecting a few items.
Charmaine was pleasant, helpful and very patient with my questions.
She made my buying experience Great!!☺️
