I saw this store in my neighborhood and thought it looked like it had a lot of great finds. I went into the store and was surprised and disappointed by how my greetings were not reciprocated. I did not stay long and left. On another occasion I went back into the store thinking the staff may have been having an off day. However the response I received when I went was again negative and filled with micro aggressions. Call me a glutton for punishment I went back again thinking the third time is a charm as I really wanted to explore and make a purchase. Again I was not welcomed, I was treated as if I were intruding on the staff while they interacted with someone else. I definitely would not go back in there and feel that the treatment was definitely a result of some bias from the staff. It was hostile and definitely unwelcoming. She may as well have had a sign up that said no coloured allowed.

The place has very unique clothing pieces and toys. Very nice gift ideas. For my little one I got a plastic free and unique toy made in Indonesia. For those complaining about prices, buying local means spending a little more as the profit margins are very low for independent shops. Had a lovely chat with the owners as well, and they were very helpful.

Bought a lot of overpriced items on sale, most of the store items are on sale. When I purchased the clothes I specifically asked if I can bring back anything for the kids , because it was a present. I was told that I can exchange at any time.I tried to exchange one kids dress and they refused as there is no exchange refund or store credit for anything on sale. Basically once you buy there is no refund or exchange for anything. Not going to shop again, very rude ladies in the store, beware of their sneaky policies.

If you are looking for a summer hat for kids, this has been the best store - so many designs, variety of sizes, great quality worth the price and made in Canada. The store clarks are always helpful and friendly. Love this store.

This is a terrific store to buy good quality clothes that look great after many washes. I don't understand the other comments about the owners of the shop. I have been here many times and they are extremely helpful and really nice. They have clothes that kids like - stylish comfortable and good quality! I have recommended this store to many people and they all love it!

Nice clothes and product but like another viewer pointed out is that if you look like you dont have money the ladies are rude and treat you like trash and
follow you around the store and wont let you toach anything if they think you are poor

They may ask if you want your tags cut off the purchased item. What they don’t say is that it renders their return policy void. I was extremely disappointed when I tried to return a purchase I was dissatisfied with 2 hours later and they wouldn’t return my money or exchange it. They still had the tags but said it was because the tags were removed. This is very bad business in my view. I will never shop there again.

Cute store with very nice things. However, the return policy is terrible for a small business. I bought a $440 jacket that I was unhappy with and they would not refund my money (with recipet and tags on within a week of purchase) - only offering store credit (which was not disclosed when purchasing) .. forcing you to keep the money in their store. Very disappointed as I do adore the store, this has made me not want to shop there again.

This is the sort of store that only wants customers who look like they have money. I was planning on buying one of their super cute stuffed toys, but they were so rude I just left.
