My recent experience with Sleep Country was disappointing and frustrating. I had purchased a new mattress from them, and the issues began with the removal of my old mattress. I was never informed that I could arrange for a third-party service to handle the removal, nor was I made aware of the company's bed bug policy.
On the day of delivery, the delivery personnel assured me that another truck would come by to pick up the old mattress. This turned out to be untrue. When I called the store for clarification, they shifted the responsibility, stating that it was not their department's concern. I then reached out to customer service, only to be told that informing customers about the bed bug policy was not their responsibility.
Overall, I felt deceived just to secure a sale. The lack of transparency and accountability left me dissatisfied with the service I received from Sleep Country. I would advise potential customers to seek clear information and confirmation on all policies and services before making a purchase.

I had a great experience shopping for a new mattress today. Fara was a big help without being at all pushy. I had an idea of what I wanted and she showed me alternatives within my price range. I ended up getting a fancy pillow with my mattress that I would have otherwise never have considered. Thanks!

Very bad quality product, very cheap made, all advertising!! It cost them 100 probably and they resell for 20 times the price, is all marketing and also the selling technique is all rip off, they ll convince you to block a price even if you not sure, is every time last call for that offer, it is not only that location they are all like this, I don’t understand how people go there to buy, the prices are not consistent, the quality is all cheap, spunches and cheap foams , very overpriced and rip off selling techniques.

Such a friendly and nice staff, special shout out to one their sales reps “Gin”. He patiently helped us choose the best mattress for our needs. It took him 3 hours to find the mattress of our liking but we finally found what we liked. They should be proud to have such a professional partner in their team ?

My dad was in serious pain due to his lower back. When we went to this location, we met Sara who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She took great care in understanding which kind of mattress would be suitable for my dad. The firm temperpedic mattress with mechanical base was selected to ease his pain and facilitate mobility. My dad’s back pain has now reduced from 8/10 to 4/10 since purchasing this mattress. We are thankful to have met such a kind and knowledgeable personality there at sleep country who went out of her way to ensure we got the right mattress. We didn’t feel pressured when we were there and we felt like she really loved her job.

The cost was not competitive--the eventual delivery was ok---but customer service was hopeless --including not answering the phone .As a result II made my next purchase--within a week at a competitor and it was much much better I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE__YOU ARE JUST LARGE an ACT LIKE A MONOPOLIST>

Avoid the location at 3134 Yonge street as they have the worst customer service ever. They sold me products I didn’t need and I’ve been waiting forover four months for a refund. I’ve already returned these products to them but every timeI follow up for my refund I get a different excuse. They are only interested in you if you’re buying but won’t care if you have issues after purchasing their products.

Change of review is for the customer service received from head office. Horrible follow up from purchase of headboard/footboard. Was delivered in March without the hardware to attach to frame. Still getting no response from Head office in regards to getting refund/parts delivered after 2+ months.Store has great service, corporate however is awful!

We had a horrendous experience with Sleep Country. Our family has ordered tens of mattresses from Sleep Country before. We went to this location to order a desperately needed mattress after having a newborn baby. They happily took our money. Then we received 2 damages mattresses- absolutely not the expense mattress that we had picked out, ordered and paid for at this store. This store was beyond unhelpful and had no interest helping us work with Sleep Country customer support, who was also beyond unhelpful, to resolve this. Do not recommend at all. Not worth the horrendous headache ordering a simple mattress has caused. Do not wish for this experience for anyone else.

We wanted to find a comfortable bed for my parents, something that allows them greater comfort and freedom to move around and sit up without bothering each other. Sara was super helpful with our purchase, she was patient with my parents while providing professional advice. We never felt like she was trying to up-sale us since she was always honest with each product.We ended up purchasing 2 Tempur Pedic Twin XL beds with adjustable base which allows them to breathe better while supports their back. She even threw in the pillows for my parents.I’m very big on service and Sara was amazing. During our second visit, she went to the back and grabbed a stuffy for my son to keep him busy. It really is the little things that says a lot about who they are and what they stand for. I strongly recommend Sara and I would definitely go back to see her for future needs.
