Delivered to the wrong address (2 orders!) when I clearly emailed my address to the customer service rep. Also something the customer service rep should have double checked at the time of taking my order (no due diligence), as the wrong size mattress showed up (after I had to intervene and manually fix their error. NOW I've been trying to return it (its not opened and not used at all, and very sealed in original packaging) and I'm getting a BIG RUNAROUND and getting IGNORED. I was told someone would call me and its been almost a week. Their Return & Exchange policy clearly covers this problem, but their sales rep tells me its NOT covered? UNACCEPTABLE! Sleep Country, you will resolve this almost $1K problem. I have absolute no use for the mattress. Very bad faith.

Had a great experience purchasing my mattress at this sleep country store. The customer service is exceptional, both times I was there I was given great recommendations that fit my preferences and budget.
I'd also like to mention their comfort exchange program. I originally bought a firm mattress because I wanted to try something different, I tried it out for a few months and decided it wasn't for me. If it's been fewer than 100 days, you can exchange for free. I came back and switched my mattress for a softer one, and it was completely hassle free!
Both times I had my mattresses delivered by their staff, and they were very friendly and professional. The process was very smooth and quick.
Great experience! I'd recommend this store to anyone downtown looking for a mattress.

It's the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I booked a mattress at July 8th, which were to be delivered at July 11st. However, the delivery was indefinitely postponed, without any further notification. They did a sudden deliver at July 16th (without reminding), but failed because I'm not at home. Then the parcel of mattress was indefinitely detained at the express company. It's July 29th now, I still can't get the parcel. What's more disgusting, they deleted my order information under my account, let me have no way to modify or cancel the order. This shopping experience at sleep county is really a nightmare for me.

I visited this twice this week. Got served by a guy called Adam the first time, who is marvellous, showing me all the possible choices and guiding me. But seems that he not usually in this branch.
The second time, a long hair middle age woman with glasses approached me. And her attitude was rude. She almost rolled her eyes just bcuz i told her i would like to take some time to think about the deal. She got annoyed, “so you not ordering?”
I will leave it to you to judge if you wanna come to this branch for your mattress. Hope you wont get served by that lady.

Had a great experience at SleepCountry thanks to Daulath. She was very knowledgeable and personable with helping me and my partner find our perfect mattress. Highly recommend visiting this store if you need a mattress, the customer service is amazing. Thank you Daulath for going above and beyond ?

The middle age lady that works there is exceptionally rude! Can’t find a sales person more rude than she is. I was looking for a pillow instead of showing it to me she told me to walk around and try it out myself and let her know with an attitude! What kind of customer service is this? If this location ever shuts down it’s 100000000% because of her! Someone please FIRE HER!

The service is super nice! It was almost closing time when I went there, but the clerk still introduced me to it very enthusiastically. Even when I called and asked to change the size of the mattress because I remembered the wrong size, the communication was very smooth. The price is not as expensive as expected, and there are often discounts. Ten thousand times more comfortable than IKEA! Go change your mattress, friends!
